酚醛树脂改性煤粉增强填料的力化学法制备研究

【摘要】 煤结构的特殊性使超细煤粉可部分或全部替代碳黑用作橡胶增容和补强填料。为了提高超细煤粉的补强增容效果,通常用醇胺类有机小分子、各种偶联剂或原位聚合物等对其进行表面改性。线型酚醛树脂(LPF,简称PF)也是某些橡胶常用的增强填料,将LPF作为改性剂对超细煤粉进行改性,制备兼具超细煤粉和LPF补强性能的LPF改性超细煤粉增强填料的研究工作鲜为报导。 本文在行星球磨机上采用力化学方法探讨了LPF改性剂对不同变质程度的(云南褐煤、神府3-1煤和铜川煤)煤超细粉的表面改性的作用,制备了LPF改性煤粉(Coal-g-PF)增强填料,并进一步研究该增强材料对丁腈橡胶(NBR)的增强作用。 首先研究了球料比、球磨时间和改性剂添加量等因素对云南褐煤表面PF接枝率的影响。结果表明,在钢球(Φ16、Φ10、Φ6)配比为3:2:1,球磨机转速为300r/min,PF添加量为4%时,球料比为15:1,球磨时间为4.5h时,接枝率较高。在此基础上,进一步研究了PF添加量变化对不同变质程度煤超细粉体PF转化率和接枝率的影响。结果表明:随着PF添加量的增加,超细煤粉PF接枝率呈增大趋势,而PF转化率开始时上升很快,随后随PF添加量的增加趋于平稳;褐煤PF最大转化率为84%,对应PF的添加量和接枝率分别为3%和2.52%,单位接枝率的转化率为19.08;神府煤PF最大转化率为80.6%,对应PF的添加量和接枝率分别为5%和4.03%,单位接枝率的转化率为17.42;铜川煤PF最大转化率为69.8%,对应PF的添加量和接枝率分别为5%和3.49%,单位接枝率的转化率为18.17。用无水乙醇对力化学改性粗产品进行了精制,对精制后的产品进行了FTIR光谱分析。结果表明:经行星球磨处理后煤粉表面与PF发生了化学接枝作用(Coal-g-PF)和氢键包覆作用。Coal-g-PF的粒度分布表明:经行量球磨后超细煤粉发生团聚,粒度分布变宽,Coal-g-PF的粒度分布规律呈现相似规律。热重分析

【Abstract】 Because of the special macromolecular structure of coal, ultrafine coal powder can replace the carbon black partly or completely using as reinforcing filler in the rubber. In order to enhance the reinforcing performance of the ultrafine coal powder on polymers, the alcamines, coupling reagents and polymers formed by insitu polymerization, etc were usually used to modify the surface of the ultrafine coal powder. The linear phenol-formaldehyde resin (LPF or PF) is also used as an organic reinforcing filler of some certain rubber. The investigations on the preparation of reinforcing filler of ultrafine coal powder modified with the PF have seldom seen in literature.In this paper, the surface modification of LPF on different rank ultrafine coal powders (Yunnan brown coal, Shenfu 3-1coal and Tongchuan coal) was investigated by the mechanochemistry method on the planetary ball mill, and a novel reinforcing filler-coal powder modified with the PF (Coal-g-PF) with both properties of coal and LPF, was prepared by using this method. The reinforcing effect of the reinforcing fillers on NBR was further conducted.Firstly, the influence of the ratio of ball to coal (ball/coal), ball grinding time and the PF adding amount on the rate of the PF grafting on the Yunnan brown coal surface was studied under the conditions of the ratio of steel ball (Φ16,Φ10, Φ6) is 3:2:1, the rotational speed of ball mill is 300 rpm and PF adding amount is 4%.The result indicated that the rate of the PF grafting on Yunnan brown coal is highest when the ball/coal is 15:1 and ball grinding time is 4.5hr. Based on these results, the effect of PF adding amount on the rate of the PF conversion and grafting onto different rank the ultrafine coal powders was further investigated.It was found that with increase of PF adding amount, the rate of the PF grafting onto the ultrafine coal powder take on increasing trend, and the PF conversion rate rises quickly at the
