临潼区地质灾害气象预警研究

【摘要】 本文在临潼区地质灾害的调查与区划的基础上,根据临潼区地质灾害的发育和分布的区域性规律以及主要控制性因素(地形地貌、工程地质岩组)和影响因素(人类工程活动强度)的研究分析,运用专家评分模型和Mapgis的空间分析功能做出了临潼区地质灾害易发性分区。根据对地质灾害的社会属性研究,将社会属性的各主要因素(人口密度、工程建筑设施、土地利用类型)作为子图层,运用同样的方法得出临潼区地质灾害危害性分区。综合考虑地质灾害的易发性分区和危害性分区,得到临潼区地质灾害气象预警空间分区,作为地质灾害气象预警的时间预警的基础。 通过对地质灾害链的基本岩土、水文地质环境和诱发条件的耦合作用研究,揭示了临潼区地质灾害与大气降雨过程的动态特征规律。在此基础上,提出了建立在非饱和土强度理论、黄土的渗透规律、极限平衡理论上的渗流分析崩滑地质灾害气象预警模型。并针对不同级别预警空间区域,运用数学统计模型和渗流分析模型,以临界降雨量和临界持续时间为评判指标,初步做出临潼区的重点、次重点预警区降雨诱发崩滑地质灾害临界判据图。 本文突出“以人为本”的指导思想,理论与生产结合的原则,对区域性地质灾害的防治和具有一定的理论价值和实用价值。
【Abstract】 This article based on the geological disaster investigation and differentiating for Lintong county, according to the research analysis for this area’s geological disaster growth and regional distribution rule and primary dominated factor (landform and hypsography, geotechnical associations of engineering) and the cause factor (the intensity of human activity), used the graded model of expert’s experience and the Mapgis software’s spatial analysis function, differentiating the geological disaster growing degree of the Lintong county. According to the geological disaster social attribute research, took the social attribute each primary factor (the population density, the project constructs facility, the land utilization type) as sub-chart and analyzed, obtained the dividing result of geology disaster hazardous degree, utilizes the similar method. The synthesis considered the geological disaster growing degree district and disaster hazardous degree, obtain the Lintong area geological disaster weather early warning space district, takes it as the geological disaster’s of target weather early warning.Through to research the coupling function of the geotechnical and the hydrology environment and the evacuator condition in the chain of geological disaster, exposed the rule relations which the Lintong area geological disaster and the atmosphere rains, and exposed specially the characteristic rule of dynamic process in dilapidation and landslide. On this foundation, put forward the infiltrating- fluxion analysis model of weather early warning in geological disaster which based on the theory unsaturated loess’s strength and the theory of loess’s osmosis rule and the theory of limiting equilibrium analysis. And aims at the different rank of early forecast space region, utilization the statistical model and the infiltrating- fluxion analysis model, and take the raining duration with the limiting rainfall amount as the judgment target, made out initially judged chart of rains cause the dilapidation landslide in the main and the sub-emphasis early warning area of Lintong area .
