复合隔震体系研究

【摘要】 复合隔震技术是将橡胶支座隔震和摩擦滑移隔震以某种方式复合使用的一种新的隔震技术。它通过合理的参数配搭,让两种传统隔震技术互相补充,充分发挥它们各自的优点,并有效克服各自的某些缺点,以取得更好的隔震效果。橡胶隔震支座与弹性滑板支座并联的复合隔震体系具有可隔离小震、提供能减小震后残余位移的原位恢复力和防止部分橡胶垫产生过大水平位移等优点,而且其他多种复合隔震体系都可看作为该隔震体系的特例,因此本文主要针对这种复合隔震体系,通过时程分析和力学分析,了解其隔震性能、隔震支座的力学特性以及各种隔震参数对其隔震性能的影响规律,为从事复合隔震体系设计和应用的广大工程设计人员提供基本理论依据和参考。 本文首先通过分析软件进行时程分析,对几种并联、串联复合隔震体系与传统橡胶支座隔震体系和传统抗震体系的隔震性能进行比较,验证了不论在上部结构的绝对加速度方面或在层间位移方面,复合隔震体系都可具有比传统橡胶支座隔震体系更好的隔震效果。 为了确保弹性滑板在起滑之前,其上部橡胶垫的水平位移不超过规范规定,并且让弹性滑板能发挥其耗能的作用,本文利用橡胶支座的水平刚度计算公式,根据是否考虑橡胶垫的剪弯效应,分别推导出弹性滑板各参数须满足的设计公式,为弹性滑板的设计提供必要的理论依据。 在复合隔震结构的时程分析方法方面,本文把使用铅芯橡胶支座的复合隔震情况或者隔震层恢复力模型为任意多线型的情况,都等效转化成由普通橡胶支座与多个弹性滑板支座并联的复合隔震情况,并基于NEWMARK—β法,提出了一种适用于上部结构为质点串剪切模型,隔震层是复合隔震或其恢复力模型为任意多线型情况的时程分析方法。此外,还提出了利用SAP2000中的摩擦摆非线性连接件来模拟弹性滑板的方法。 利用本文方法所编的时程分析程序,进行复合隔震层多种参数组合情况的参数分析,初步得出了隔震层恢复力模型各参数在各种组合情况下对结构地震响应的影响规律,并得出相应的较优取值范围。 最后,推导出考虑弹性滑板相对地面位移和上部结构相对竖向变形刚度的支座竖向压力转移计算公式,并在原时程分析程序基础上添加了考虑竖向地震、倾覆力矩和隔震支座竖向变形三种因素的计算功能,得出这三种因素所引起的隔震支座竖向压力变化对结构地震响应的影响规律。

【Abstract】 Composite isolation technique is a new technique using rubber bearing isolation and sliding isolation, which fits together in some way. Via the reasonable parameters, this technique can take two traditional isolation techniques to make up each other, make full use of their merits and get over their shortcoming effectively. Therefore, it gets the good isolation effect. The composite isolation system with rubber bearing and the elastic sliding plat in parallel has some merits such as isolating slight earthquake, offering restore force to reduce the remaining displacement after earthquake and preventing rubber bearing’s oversize displacement. Further more, other composite isolation systems can be considered as the special case of this composite isolation system. Therefore, to this composite isolation system, through time history analysis and mechanics analysis , this dissertation studies it’s isolation performance, the mechanics characteristic of isolation bearing and the effect regularity of various isolation parameters affecting the isolation property. This investigation can offer basic theory foundation and reference for engineering designer dealing with design and application of composite isolation systems.Firstly, in this dissertation, time history analysis is proceed by software and then the isolation property of several parallel and series composite isolation systems, traditional rubber bearing isolation system and traditional earthquake-resistance system are compared. It is proved that composite isolation systems have better isolation effect than the traditional rubber bearing isolation system, whether at the aspect of absolute acceleration or interfloor displacement of upper structure.In order to insure that the horizontal displacement of the elastic sliding plat’s rubber doesn’t exceed the code’s specification before sliding plats begin to slide, and to make use of the dissipative function of elastic sliding plat. According to whether the rubber bearing’s shear-buckling effect should be considered ,design formulas with which each parameter of elastic sliding plat must satisfied are derived by the calculation formulas of rubber bearing’s horizontal stiffness. This will offer necessary theory foundations to the elastic sliding plat design.In the aspect of the time history analysis way about composite isolation structure, the case of composite isolation using lead rubber bearing or the case that hysteresis of isolation storey is arbitrary multi-linear model is transformed equivalently to the case that common rubber bearing connect with several elastic sliding plats in parallel. Based on the way of NEWMARK— β , a time history analysis way is advanced ,which can be used when the upper structure is shear model of mass point series and composite isolation is used in isolation storey or the hysteresis of isolation storey is arbitrary multi-linear model. Furthermore, the way of simulating elastic sliding plat by the non-linear linker of friction pendulum in SAP2000 is advanced.Based on the time history analysis program which is established through this dissertation’s way, analysis is done in many parameters association case of isolation storey.
