小型化X波段导航雷达接收机技术研究

【摘要】 本文的主要目的是研究某型船用导航雷达接收机前端的小型化技术,在确保该接收机前端性能指标的基础上,尽量降低该接收机前端的生产成本,为后续的批量生产奠定基础。 论文首先讨论了雷达接收机前端技术的发展及其在船用导航雷达领域的应用情况,介绍了本文的研究意义。以此为根据结合课题需要和实验室的测试条件,确定了接收机前端结构的设计方案。第二章介绍了微波压控振荡器的工作原理,详细分析了本地振荡器的相位噪声指标对接收机前端性能的影响,以及振荡器电路中影响相位噪声的因素,并据此设计了本文所需要的X波段微波压控本振源。第三章介绍了微波混频器及镜频抑制混频器的工作原理,讨论了设计微波镜频抑制混频器中应该注意的一些问题。第四章介绍了微波限幅器及低噪声放大器的基本原理,分析了影响雷达接收机噪声性能的一些因素。第五章给出了某型船用导航雷达接收机前端的总体设计方案及详细的设计过程。经测试,该接收机前端的噪声系数为5.5dB,变频增益为5dB,镜频抑制度为19dBc,均超过了系统要求的指标(噪声系数7.5dB,变频增益3dB)。将本文设计的接收机前端安装在某型船用导航雷达系统上进行实测,在-40~70℃温度范围内雷达工作正常。最后分析了该接收机前端设计中尚存在的问题,指出了系统设计改进的方向和方法。

【Abstract】 The main purpose is to do research on miniaturization of the front end receiver for certain boat-carried direction-oriented radar, so as to minimize the producing cost of it with the performance and coherence guaranteed. The miniaturization could lead to future mass producing.The developing trend of the front end receiver for radar and its utilization in boat-carried direction-oriented radar are described in chapter one, according to which, the structure of the front end is decided. In chapter two, the principle of VCO is introduced, the influence, coming from phase noise of local oscillator, on performance of the front end of receiver and the factors that may have effect on phase noise in oscillator designing are analyzed, so the X band VCO needed is designed as regarded. In chapter three, after presenting the working principle of mixer and image-reject mixer, some problems which should be paid attention to during the mixer design are discussed. In chapter four, the basic theory of low noise amplifier is introduced, some factors that might affect the noise performance of radar receiver are analyzed. In chapter five, the design scheme and specific design processes of the front end receiver for certain boat-carried direction-oriented radar are given. Through testing, its noise figure is 5.5dB, mixing gain is 5dB, its image frequency rejection adds up to 19dB, which all meet the requirements for the system (NF=7.5dB, Gain=3dB) .The designed front end of received has been applied in certain boat-carried direction-oriented radar to debug, which functions from -40-70℃. In the end, the existing problems of this front end of receiver are analyzed, along with the improvement direction and means.
