环氧柏木烷的合成研究

【摘要】 环氧柏木烷具有干甜木香、琥珀香气、微带樟脑样香韵,香气较为持久,是一种珍贵的木香—龙涎香—檀香—烟草香的香料。作为一种高级加香香料,被广泛应用于香水、香皂、日用化妆品及烟草等香精产品的加香,安全性、稳定性好,产品很受用户欢迎。 目前,有不少制备环氧柏木烷的方法,如用过氧乙酸氧化α-柏木烯;将无机过氧化合物(如过硼酸钠、过碳酸氢钠及过钨酸钠等)溶解后加入醋酸酐来制取环氧化试剂,对α-柏木烯进行环氧化反应;还有用酸催化罗汉柏木烯重排来制取环氧柏木烷等方法。 本论文在前述方法的基础上,系统地研究了环氧柏木烷的几种合成方法,考察了实验中各主要因素对于环氧柏木烷得率的影响。论文的主要研究结果如下: 1、用过氧乙酸氧化α-柏木烯制取环氧柏木烷,探讨了各因素对环氧柏木烷得率的影响; 2、用间氯过氧苯甲酸氧化α-柏木烯制取环氧柏木烷,实现了α-柏木烯的100%转化和68%得率的环氧柏木烷。此法具有相当的工业应用价值; 3、以双氧水为氧化剂,硫酸锰和碳酸氢钠为助催化剂,对α-柏木烯进行环氧化。环氧柏木烷的得率为2.17%,得率很低,目前尚不具有工业应用价值;但是作为一种低成本的烯烃环氧化方法,为今后进行同类研究提供了一种新的思路和方法; 4、首次采用了以三氯化钌和2,6-二羧基吡啶为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂,对α-柏木烯进行环氧化反应的工艺方法,本工艺方法在国内外均属首创。该工艺不仅具有操作简单,反应条件温和的特点,而且实现了α-柏木烯的百分百转化,使目标产物的选择性达到了84%。并且在单因素实验的基础上,对该工艺作了正交试验设计研究,提出了最佳工艺条件:三氯化钌的用量为2mol%,2,6-二羧基吡啶的用量为30mol%,双氧水的用量为8equiv,反应时间为10小时,反应温度为30℃。 5、对制备环氧柏木烷过程中出现的主要副产物(该化合物在GC图中的保留时间为35.37min)进行了结构分析,并对其产生的原因作了初步的探讨,对工业生产有一定的指导意义。 本论文的研究对于综合利用我国特有的柏木精油资源,提高林化初级产品的附加值,为山区生物资源的开发利用,促进山区经济的发展,促进我国香料工业的科技进步,具有重要的科学意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 α-Epoxycedrane is a perfume with sweet wood aroma, amber aroma, and little camphor fragrant charm, the fragrant of this chemical can last long and also it one of the material of ambergris which is a very precious fragrant. As a kind of advanced adding aroma perfume, it has already been used in the production of soap, cosmetics, tobacco and so on. With the high security and the stability, these productions are well accepted.Currently, the ways of producing Epoxycedrane are various. Such as: exploitation of α-cedrene by using peracetic acid; with peroxide such as sodium perborate, sodium percarbonate, or sodium pertungstate in solvent in the presence of acetic anhydride to produce the oxide reagent, then epoxidation of α-cedrene by using the oxide reagent; acid-catalyzed rearrangements of (-)-thujopsene.This paper based on the predecessor’s research, with the focus on searching production method of epoxycedrene and finding the main effects of producing this chemical in the experiments.1 、 Epoxidation of α-cedrene by using peracetic acid, and then ascertain the every influence factor on the yield of epoxycedrane.2、 Epoxidation of α-cedrene by using m-chloroperbenzoic acid , realized the 100% transformation of α-cedrene and the yield of epoxycedrane is over 68%,so this method have the research value on industrialization.3 、 Using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, then superinduce catalytic amounts of manganese(2+) salts and sodium bicarbonate. The results of the epoxidation ofα-cedrene is not good ,the yield of epoxycedrane only 2.17%,but as a low cost for epoxidation of olefin , so provide a new way of thinking for other researchers.4、 First adoption the method which use ruthenium trichloride and the pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid as catalyzer,and oxydol as the oxidant to epoxidation ofα-cedrene , this technics was the first be applied both here and abroad. This technics not only operate simply, reaction condition kindly, but also realized the whole transform of α-cedrene, and have a good selectivity. Thereby,
