热泵干燥系统的理论分析与实验研究

【摘要】 热泵技术应用于干燥过程不但可减少能量消耗,而且可提高干燥产品的质量。本文以太行山婆枣为干燥对象,在广泛调研和分析的基础上,确定了热泵干燥系统的结构形式,同时进行了热泵干燥系统的设计与设备选型,并运用热力学第一定律和第二定律进行了理想循环的热力学分析。利用现有的中央空调综合实验台,搭建了干燥单元实验台。在两个参考方案的实验数据分析基础上,提出了改进方案。结果表明改进的干燥方案不仅干燥效果好、节能效果明显,而且符合干燥物内部的水分迁移规律,对干燥物的内部结构成分破坏也较少。

【Abstract】 Heat pump technology which application in drying is not only could decrease the energy’s consumption, and also could improve the quality of drying subjects. In this paper, the jujube of Taihang Mountain is regard as drying subject, On the base of a lot of research and analysis, the structure of drying system is determined, meanwhile, design and select the heat pump drying system, using the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of thermodynamics to analysis the circulations under the ideal situation. Utilize the existing laboratory furniture of air conditioner system, put up the laboratory furniture of the drying unit. Based on the experiment datum’s analysis of two reference schemes, the best drying scheme was proposed, which not only has the features of better drying performance and obviously energy-conserving result, but also accord with the discipline of moisture moving in drying subjects, and the destroy of internal structure is less too.
