【摘要】 我国的高等教育正处于精英教育向大众化教育转变阶段，大众化进程带来的不仅是量上的变化，更重要的是在质的构成上也需要发生转变。随着后勤社会化改革、学分制在高校的普遍实施、素质教育和“以人为本”思想的全面提出、新时期学生身份的转变以及新《普通高校学生管理规定》的出台等因素都使高校学生管理工作面临新的机遇和挑战，探索新形势下的学生管理模式就成为高等教育管理理论研究中的一个紧迫的课题。本研究从高校学生管理的理论基础入手，定义高校学生管理的概念，分析其内涵，阐述并分析大众化进程中我国高校学生管理存在的问题及原因，选取并分析国外几种有代表性的高校学生管理模式的特点及其对我国的高校学生管理的经验和启示，从而提出构建大众化进程中我国高校学生管理的一种模式——两元制。论文主要分为五部分。第一部分，介绍了选题的缘由、意义、研究思路及方法。第二部分，以管理的基本理论为基础，探讨高校学生管理及管理模式，界定高校学生管理的概念，并提出学生管理的基本原则，主要有民主性、服务性、渗透性和组织系统性。第三部分，总结概述了我国学生管理的发展与变化，概述大众化进程中我国高校学生管理的特点，分析大众化进程中我国高校学生管理存在的问题及其原因，包括以下几方面：一是“科层制”管理模式不适应大众化时期的学生管理工作；二是传统的学生管理制度中的组织系统终端功能弱化导致大众化进程中管理的失范；三是传统的学生管理模式忽视了组织系统之外的行为工作，导致大众化进程中学生管理效果的失实；四是高校的学生管理未能引起高校管理者的足够重视，对于大众化进程中学生管理工作的投入力度不够；五是封闭式管理模式使得大众化进程中学生思想道德教育效果欠佳。第四部分，分析英国的寄宿制与导师制、美国的事务部制、德国与法国的社会化机制、日本的学生部服务与教授主导制四种学生管理模式的主要特点，并概述以上几种管理模式对我国高校学生管理的经验和启示。第五部分，在以上论述的基础上，提出构建大众化进程中我国高校学生管理的一种模式——两元制，即就是在保留原有的以“校-院(系)-班”为组织体系的学生管理系统的同时，将公寓作为学生管理的另一个系统，即形成“校-院(系)-班”管理系统与“公寓-楼层-宿舍”管理系统两个系统并举的“两元制”学生管理体制。分析两元制管理模式的内涵、意义，并对在学生管理工作中如何重点建设进行具体分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese higher education is in the process of transferring from elite to mass stage, what the mass higher education brought is not only the change in quantity, the more important is to change in quality. Along with the socialization reform of logistics, widespread implementation of credit system in universities, Quality-oriented Education, the idea of "based on human-being", the transformation of student identity, and the debut of new "University and College Students ’Management Regulations’", all of these factors make university and college students management face brand-new opportunities and challenges, thus, to explore a new mode of university and college students’ management is an urgent task in the research fields of higher education management theories. This thesis starts from the theory of university and college students’ management, makes a definition of university and college students’ management, analyzes the problems and the reasons of Chinese university and college students’ management in Chinese mass higher education, selects some typical management modes of other countries, analyzes their features and experiences, puts forward Double System—a kind of university and college students’ management mode in Chinese mass higher education.The thesis consists of five parts. The first part is a brief introduction of the cause and reason of choosing this issue, the significance, and methods of this research as well. The second part is based on the theory of management, makes a definition of university and college students’ management, analyzes the connotation of university and college students’ management, and puts forward the basic principle, i.e. democracy, service, infiltration and organizational system. The third part summarizes the development of Chinese university and college students’ management mode and features of students’ management, discusses the current problems of Chinese university and college students’ management in Chinese mass higher education and analyzes their reasons. The author points out five main problems: 1.The hierarchy management mode doesn’t fit the university and college students’ management in Chinese mass higher education; 2. The function weakening of organizational system terminal in traditional management system results in the failure of management in Chinese mass higher education; 3. The traditional mode of university and college students’ management ignores the tasks of those out of organizational system, which could influence the management effects in Chinese mass higher education; 4. The supervisors of university and college didn’t attach importance to their students’ management in Chinese mass higher education; 5.The current mode is too closed, which influences the effects of moral education, in Chinese mass higher education. The fourth part analyzes the features of several university and college students’ management modes in other countries, which are boarding and tutorial system of UK, affair section system of America, socialization system of Germany and France, students section service and professor dominant system of Japan, and deduce some experiences from the above modes. The fifth part is based on the above discussion, puts forward a mode of university and college students’ management in Chinese mass higher education, i.e., Double System-to keep the current "university-department-class" system, and create "apartment -floor-dormitory" system as well, make these two systems work together, analyzes the connotation and meaning of this system, and how to implement emphatically in practice in details.更多还原
