【摘要】 随着信息和网络逐渐成为社会经济发展的重要因素，网络经济的时代已经到来。Internet、电子商务的发展，促进了网络企业的迅猛发展，网络行业也成为当今社会最具生命力和活力的行业。但是，随着2000年的网络泡沫的破灭，许多网络企业纷纷倒闭，国外众多电子商务网站惨遭重创，国内众多的网络企业的生存和发展陷入了危机。网络企业的倒闭和亏损引起人们对新经济条件下的网络企业的盈利模式进行思索，文章正是在此背景下，提出了网络企业的盈利模式这一论题并展开研究和探讨。 全文总共分为6部分：第1部分介绍了选题背景和研究意义，国内外的研究现状与进展，并提出了本文研究的主要内容和创新之处；第2部分阐述了对网络企业的基本认识，包括网络企业的内涵以及产生和发展现状等；第3部分描述了网络企业经营中存在的问题，并结合案例分别分析了其亏损或盈利的原因；第4部分是网络企业盈利的理论基础，这是本文研究的基础理论部分，为后文的分析研究奠定了研究的理论基础；第5部分是对网络企业的盈利模式展开分析，分析了互联网内容门户网站和电子商务网站的盈利模式和收入来源，提出了网络企业盈利模式的改进策略；第6部分是案例分析，这一部分是理论与实践相结合的部分，结合了eBay案例进行了详细分析。结束语部分总结了本文研究中存在的不足和有待进一步研究的地方。更多还原

【Abstract】 With information and Internet gradually becoming important factors of social economic development, the time of Internet economy has taken shape. The development of Internet and E-commerce accelerates Internet enterprises to develop rapidly and the Internet industry has become the most inspiring and energetic one. However, Internet bubbles fell through in 2000.Consequently, lots of Internet firms went to bankrupt. A lot of E-commerce web sites confronted inflict at abroad and at home, a lot of Internet enterprises sank into the emergency of existence and development. The bankrupts and losses of Internet enterprises cause people to inquire into their Profitable modes on the condition of new economy. It’s on this base that the thesis puts forward the theme of Internet enterprises’ Profitable modes and then develops research and discussion.This thesis is composed of seven parts. The first part introduces the theme background and its research significance as well as present research situation and development, and puts forward the main content and new ideas. The second part elaborates the writer’s basic knowledge of Internet enterprises including the their implication, producing and development situation. The Third describes the problems existing in Internet enterprises’ management and then partly analyses their reason of Profitable or loss according to correlative cases. The fourth demonstrates relative Internet enterprises’ Profitable theory foundations, which is the basic theory of this article. It lays a theoretical foundation to the later analyses and research. The fifth develops illustration to Internet enterprises Profitable modes, which contains the Profitable modes, and profit sources of facade Internet content provider web sites and electronic commerce web sites. Then it puts forward the tactics about how to improve the enterprises’ profitable modes. The sixth is mainly case analysis. This part is a united one of theory and practice that analyzes in detail eBay commercial movements. The last is the ending part that summarizes the existing shortcomings and viewpoints needing further exploration.更多还原
