几种复混微肥对紫花苜蓿生长及营养品质的影响

【摘要】 本文采用田间试验和盆栽试验相结合的方法,系统的研究了几种复混微肥对紫花苜蓿农艺性状、产草量和营养成分的影响。主要研究结果如下: 1.不同微肥配方对田间基施紫花苜蓿叶茎比和初水分含量影响差异不显著。施用微肥能促进紫花苜蓿株高、产草量、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的增加,但不同微肥处理和不同茬次的影响不同。施用微肥能导致粗纤维和粗灰分含量的降低,对无氮浸出物含量的影响不显著。 2.田间基施试验中,各微量元素配方能促进紫花苜蓿各茬次锌和硼的累积量的增加。其他元素在不同茬次表现不同,第一茬时,能促进铜和钴含量的增加;第二茬时,能促进锰、钼、钴、铁含量的增加;第三茬时,能促进铁、锰、铜和钴含量的增加。 3.施用微肥能促进盆栽紫花苜蓿的株高、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、磷和钙含量的提高,并且能降低紫花苜蓿无氮浸出物含量。且只有A2B2、A2B1、A1B2处理能促进粗灰分的降低。且均能促进盆栽紫花苜蓿锰、铜、钼、硼含量的增加。 4.黄河奶业示范中心的紫花苜蓿喷施微肥后,能促进其鲜草产量的增加,能极显著的提高粗纤维和钙含量,但粗脂肪、无氮浸出物和磷含量均显著降低。对粗灰分也有显著的影响,但因微肥处理不同,而表现出较大的差异性。在微量元素富集效应上,均能促进各微量元素含量的增加。 5.新乡七里营牧草生产基地的紫花苜蓿喷施微肥后,能显著促进叶茎比和产草量的提高,对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白和含磷量的影响不显著,但却能增加单位面积的粗蛋白和磷的积累量,也能显著提高粗纤维的含量,能促进粗灰分含量和钙的增加,相反导致无氮浸出物含量降低。在微量元素富集效应上,均能促进各微量元素含量的增加。

【Abstract】 The paper studied the effects of several mixed trace element fertilizer on the agricultural character, yield of dry forage and nutrient quality of alfalfa by the methods of field trial and pot trail. The main results were as follows:1. There were no significantly effect on the leaf-stem ratio (LS) and early water content of alfalfa among different mixed trace element fertilizer treatments in field trail. Applied trace elements fertilizer could promote alfalfa growth, increase yield, the content of crude protein and crude fat, reduce the content the crude fiber and crude ash. There was no significantly effect on nitrogen-free extract.The mixed trace element fertilizer could promote the content of Zn and B of alfalfa in field trail. But there was no same results among other elements in different batches, the content of Cu and Co was increase in first batch, and Mn, Mo Co and Fe was increase in second batch, in third batch was Fe, Mn, Cu and Co.2. Applied trace elements fertilizer could enhance plant height, and the content of crude protein, crude fibre, crude fat, phosphorus and calcium, and reduced the content of nitrogen-free extract of pot alfalfa. Furthermore, only the treatments of A2B2、 A2B1、A1B2 could reduced the content of crude ash. And all treatments could promote the content enhancement of Cu, Mg, Mo and B.3. Spraying the trace elements on the alfalfa in the Yellow River Milk Produce Model Central, enhanced the yield of fresh forage, and remarkably increased the content of crude fibre and calcium. The content of crude fat, nitrogen-free extract and phosphor all remarkably decrease. The treatments affected the crude ash, but there was significantly different among different trace elements treatments. On the aspect of trace elements enrichment effect, each treatment could increase the content of trace elements.4. Spraying the trace elements on the alfalfa in the produce field of Qiliying town of Xinxiang could remarkably increase the leaf-stem ratio (LS) and the dry forage, but the content of crude protein and P of alfalfa was not significantly different, but could increase the accumulation content of crude protein and phosphors.
