新型无卡轴木材旋切机的研制

【摘要】 中国是森林资源贫乏的国家,但是木材需求量却非常大,据有关资料统计,全国森林资源年耗量高达4亿m~3,资源赤字约1亿m~3。近十年来,蓄积量减少了2800万m~3,成熟、过成熟林面积减少了近5000万m~3。本世纪初,木材短缺量已经达到近5000万m~3。与此同时,中国又拥有丰富的人工林、速生林资源,天然林资源的严重萎缩和供需矛盾的加剧,为开发利用小径木、速生林木材技术造成了客观上的前提。 本文对木材单板生产设备——木材旋切机的现状及其发展前景做了简要概述,分析了在人工林、速生林资源作为木材加工的主要原材料情况下,怎样发展木材加工业。根据国内市场发展的需求说明研究新型无卡轴木材旋切机的必要性。新型无卡轴木材旋切机是从降低成本,提高自动化水平和拓宽加工范围的角度出发,以PLC作为旋切机控制核心,通过变频调速控制单板的旋切。由于采用新型结构和机电一体化系统的设计思想,新型无卡轴木材旋切机具有较高自动化程度,可以提高木材利用率,而且整体结构简洁新颖,具有良好的推广应用的价值。 本文主要通过分析计算单板旋切过程的各项因素,对新型无卡轴木材旋切机进行了选型、设计与改进。 (1)针对目前国内市场木材旋切机存在的问题,对新型无卡轴木材旋切机木料送进形式、机床整体结构进行了选型; (2)分析了无卡轴旋切机连续旋切的条件,推导出了新的,适合新型无卡轴木材旋切机的旋切公式,为详细设计提供了依据; (3)根据计算分析,完成了新型无卡轴木材旋切机设计、制造的全套技术资料,绘制了机械零部件图和电气设备布线图; (4)设计了新型无卡轴木材旋切机的控制系统,该系统以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心,由旋转编码器检测丝杠进给,通过变频器对进给电动机进行调速,提高了自动化程度,保证了较高的旋切质量和木材利用率。
【Abstract】 China is a forest resource-poor country, but our demand for timber is very large, as far as statistical information, national forest resources, and consumption reached 400 million m~3 resource deficit of about 100 million m3. Over the past 10 years, a reduction of 28 million m~3 of reserves, into a forest area decreased by almost cooked 50 million m~3. At the beginning of this century, the volume of timber shortage has reached nearly 50 million m~3. The country also has a rich plantations, forest resources and speed, the serious decline of natural forest resources and the intensification of the contradictions in the supply and demand for wood in the development and use of footpaths, speed and Lin wood technology created objectively premise.This article mainly about the main equipment for veneer industry - veneer lathe, and the status of and prospects for the development of wood processing industry made a brief overview, analyzed in plantations, the forest resources as timber processing speed of the main raw material circumstances, how the development of our wood processing industry. According to research on the needs of the domestic market development of new non axle veneer lathe aircraft need. New non axle veneer lathe from lower costs and improve processing automation level and widen the scope of perspective, the core of the control system is PLC , as new non axle veneer through frequency conversion of produce governor control board. Integration with the introduction of new structures of machinery and electronic engineering, this sets a high degree of automation equipment and machinery, innovative structures concise, wood utilization rata high, with the popularization and application of good value.By analyze the factors of working process of the new Non-nipped Axis Wood Veneer Lathe, design and improve it.(1) In view of the current domestic market timber veneer lathe’s problems, Choice the forms of sending wood into veneer lathe, and the overall structure of new non-nipped axis wood veneer lathe;(2) Analysis of the new non-nipped axis wood veneer lathe consecutive produce conditions extrapolated this new non-nipped axis wood veneer lathe formula provides the basis for
