基于B/S结构的汽车维修行业管理信息系统设计和开发

【摘要】 随着Internet技术及应用的迅猛发展,管理信息系统的体系机构已经从C/S模式发展到B/S模式,政府部门采用B/S模式构建管理信息系统已经成为主流和发展趋势,也是电子政务发展的方向。作者在了解政府部门信息化的基础上结合电子政务的需求,对郑州市修配管理处进行了功能和需求分析、系统设计、系统实施,最后开发出了“基于B/S结构的汽车维修行业管理信息系统”。 本文首先介绍了系统采用的B/S结构开发技术,是针对原有的C/S结构系统的缺陷而提出的新型结构,是基于服务器端开发而客户端采用浏览器访问的形式运行,是典型的瘦客户端应用。本系统使用的目前流行的技术方案—微软公司提出的windows环境下的IIS+ASP+SQL-Server结合Web服务器应用的程序,它为快速开发出动态、交互、高效的Web管理系统提供了有效的手段。然后论文从管理信息系统开发中结构化系统开发方法的核心阶段—系统分析阶段入手,对郑州市修配企业管理处业务需求进行了详细的调查,结合其功能需求分析得出系统的逻辑模型:其中包括业务流程分析、数据流程分析、数据字典、可行性分析。在系统分析的基础上对管理系统进行了功能模块划分和设计,针对系统的管理参数多,性能复杂的特点对管理系统代码进行了详细的设计,并对数据库进行概念模型、逻辑数据模型、规范化及完整性等详细设计,系统还结合了B/S结构对输入输出、安全保密等设计和实施。最后论文对系统进行了运行和测试,并结合郑州市修配管理处业务部门使用情况提出了一些改进意见。 本系统的研究和应用将进一步推动政府部门信息化的建设和发展,加快EGA电子政务发展的步伐,对提高其工作效率、管理水平、决策水平将起到积极的作用。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Internet technologies and application, B/S mode has replaced C/S as the architecture of management information system. Adopting the B/S mode to design internal management information system has become the prevailing trend and stream for governmental department. Also the trend of EGA(electronic government affairs) development. To start with, on the base of government informationization with requirement of EGA, then requirements and function analysis, system design,codes design, systems implementation of servicing and fittings corporation management department in Zhenzhou, at last, the management information system of automobile maintenance and repair trade based on the structure of B/S is designed and realized.In the first place aimed to the originally C/S system’s limitation, this system adopts a B/S pattern. In this pattern, all programs are executed on the server port, and client port operates only by browser, which in named "thin client port". Besides, this system uses a current solution devised by Microsoft which combining IIS and ASP and SQL Server for developing a Web server application at the windows environment, and which providing a valid means for developing a dynamic, intercommunication and effective web management of structure development for MIS, and complete detailed investigation to affairs of motor vehicle servicing and fittings corporation management department in Zhengzhou with the affairs requirements, and new system logical model is produced considering requirements and function analysis, including system affairs process analysis, data process, data dictionary, feasibility study. Then, on the basis of systems analysis, function modularity is divided and designed. Considering system features of more parameters and complicated properties, system code are designed in detail, and concept data model and logic data model and standardization and integrity of database are particularly designed and implemented. At last, operation and test are done. Some suggestions for improvement is offered on the ground of an analysis of the operation in motor vehicle servicing and fittings corporation management department.The study and application of this system will further perfect information of government management department and fast the step of EGA, at the same time, will enhance the working efficiency, decision-making, management level.
