虚拟制造技术在农机设计中的应用

【摘要】 虚拟制造技术在我国的应用已日趋广泛,虚拟制造是实际制造在计算机上的本质实现,是计算机仿真技术和虚拟现实技术在制造领域的综合发展及应用,是企业以信息集成为基础的一种新的制造理念。虚拟制造技术必将成为我国未来制造技术的主流。 本文主要介绍了虚拟制造技术在田园管理机悬架上的应用。介绍了虚拟制造技术在当今社会的发展状况及一些相关的应用软件,如Pro/E,Adams等。对田园管理机械的应用及发展状况作了调查,并针对目前的田园管理机的悬架存在的问题进行了深入研究。 目前的悬架主要问题是耕作时稳定性差及缺少相应的零件库。针对以上问题,采用大型的集CAD/CAM/CAE为一体的设计软件Pro/E来建立模型及模型上一些常用农机件的族表,同时,对传动箱齿轮部分进行了二次开发,再采用Pro/Mechanica结构分析模块对模型的每一部分进行受力分析,针对一些应力集中的薄弱环节进行优化。 采用大型的运动学分析软件Adams,对悬架进行运动学分析,模拟其在运动时各个部分的受力及运动状态,为进一步优化分析提供了依据。 总之,虚拟制造技术的应用使产品模型的建立的时间、成功率及性能都得到了一定的改善,成本也得到了降低,并且当模型不满足要求时,由于族表和传动系齿轮的二次开发,修改起来也很方便,减少了造型设计失败的几率,摆脱了这类零部件反复实验反复修改图纸的困境,并使产品的设计系列化。

【Abstract】 Virtual Manufacturing is used more and more widely in our country, Virtual Manufacturing is a synthesized development and application of computer-simulation technology and virtual-reality technology. With VM, the actual manufacture can be realized essentially on computer. It is a new manufacture philosophy of enterprises based on information integrations. Virtual Manufacturing will be main stream of manufacture technology in future of our country.This article mainly introduced the hypothesized manufacture technology be applied in the suspend shelf of villatic supervisor machine. Development condition of Virtual Manufacturing technology in now society and some related application software are introduced, Such as Pro/E, Adams and so on. Application of countryside supervisor Machine and the development condition has made the introduction, and aimed at the existence question of present the suspend shelf of the countryside supervisor to make a thorough research.At present, the main question of the suspend shelf is the stability is not stable when it is working and lacked relevant accessory storeroom. Aimed at the above question, Pro/E, large-scale design software which collect CAD/CAM/CAE in one body is used to establish its initial model, and the family table of agriculture machine is established, to each part of the model, Meanwhile, twice exploitation to be carried on the gear of the gearbox, uses the structure analysis module, Pro/Mechanica, to carry on the stress analysis again, carries on the optimization in view of some stress concentrations weak links.Large-scale kinematics analyzing software Adams, to be used to carries on kinematics analysis on the suspend shelf, state of motion and be forced of each part of the model be simulated when it is moving, the basis be provided for further optimized and analysis.In brief, application of Virtual Manufacturing technology, make the establishment time , the success ratio and the performance of the product a great improvement, the cost is also reduced, and when the model is dissatisfied the required, as a result of the family table and twice developments of the gear of drive system, revised is also
