无线网状网络的路由算法研究

【摘要】 无线网状网络(Wireless Mesh Networks,WMNs)在家庭宽带网、企业网、城域网、楼宇自动化以及智能交通系统中都有着广泛的应用前景并已经成为下一代无线网络的研究热点。其中采用何种策略进行路由选择以使网络吞吐量最大成为目前研究的关键问题。本文分析了现有的无线网状网络路由选择策略,并在此基础上综合考虑了跳数、信道质量、链路间的多信道必然干扰以及潜在干扰,提出了一种新的路由尺度。仿真表明,该方法能够显著地提高网络吞吐量。

【Abstract】 Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) is a promising wireless technology for numerous applications, e.g. broadband home networking, enterprise networking, metropolitan area networks, building automation and intelligence transportation systems etc. It has becoming a research hotspot for the next generation wireless networks.Based on the characteristics of WMNs, the routing selection strategies adopted to maximize the network throughput has become a key issue of WMNs. Based on the analysis of existing WMNs’routing algorithm, a new routing metric is proposed which integrates the consideration of the hop counts, qualities of channel, the inevitable and potential multi-channel interference among links. It is demonstrated in the simulation that the algorithm can improve the network throughput greatly.
