移动式多功能智能控制器的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文通过对各类家电的控制方式进行分析、研究,提出一种基于Microchip嵌入式控制器PIC16F877单片机的,室内照明灯具、安全系统、抽油烟系统、电视等实时控制的多功能控制器设计方案。文中给出了嵌入式实时控制的具体设计与实现。 系统硬件设计部分,详细叙述了:主机系统的硬件设计;从机系统的硬件设计;红外遥控发射的硬件设计。在系统软件设计部分,详细叙述了:主机系统软件设计及流程;从机系统软件及流程;红外遥控发射器软件设计及流程,并对典型程序进行了分析。通过对红外通信协议的研究,提出了基于ispLSI1032E器件进行软件解码,实现了主从机之间双工通信,便于今后产品的升级,降低了成本,具有一定的市场推广价值。 本系统硬件设计遵循嵌入式系统设计原则,软件设计基于模块化程序设计思想,使硬件和软件有机结合。因此整个系统性能稳定,维护方便。经过实际运行,系统监控、红外遥控、远程线控运行良好,温度和电压数据处理正确,达到了预期目标。

【Abstract】 The article introduces a design and a study about household appliance control, based on the embedded controller single chip PIC16F877 made by Microchip Corp. It can control over lighting system in room, TV, security system, Fan system used in Chinese kitchen. The design for the embedded real time controller has been given in detail.In hardware part of system, the article introduces several parts as follows: the design of hardware in main module and subordinate module, remote controller. In the part of software, the introduction has been included the design and flow of not only main module but also subordinate module, infrared remote controller. Some classic programs has been analyzed. Coinstantaneous communication has been realized between main module and subordinate module based on the study for infrared communication protocol. A method of software decode based on ispLSI1032E has been put forward. It can let products to be upgraded easily. It also has some value to be popularized on market because of the reduction on cost.The fundamentals in embedded system are based on the principles of the design of hardware for this embedded multiple controller system. The fundamentals in modularize programmed thinking are used in the design of software. So, both the software and hardware are perfectly matched in this system. Thus, the state for whole system has been tested on stable running and convenient for maintenance. The function of surveillance 、 infrared remote controller 、 remote control online , are running very well . The data for temperature and voltage are disposed correctly. The expected object mentioned before has been achieved.
