【摘要】 随着作战指挥和计算机技术的发展,给作战指挥自动化系统提供了新的研究着眼点和方法。作战文书的自动化处理在现代战争中发挥着越来越重要的作用,作战文书工作也出现了很多探索性的研究课题,迫切要求对作战文书作必要的改革。针对目前作战文书在自动化处理过程中存在的不足,结合XML的技术特点,本文详细阐述了运用XML技术实现作战文书生成的过程,并给出了基于XML的作战文书生成的关键技术和方法:用DTD规定文书的逻辑结构、用XML语言描述作战文书的内容、用XSL规范作战文书的格式。并根据作战文书生成、传输、接受和反馈的过程,详细说明了基于XML的作战文书的工作流程,提出了基于XML的作战文书的总体架构。基于XML的作战文书生成,避免了作战文书以传统的Word、Wps等文件格式进行网络传输带来的缺点,提高了C4ISR应用或仿真系统中作战文书的网上作业、存档等自动化处理功能。但是,要实现基于XML的作战文书的自动归档、立卷、销毁、分发、查询和利用等功能,就必须结合成熟的关系数据库技术。针对作战文书的特点,本文详细研究了基于XML的作战文书与关系数据库的联系和相互转换的算法,并结合作战文书的管理给出了系统的数据库设计和结构关系。最后,为克服传统作战文书传输的不足,本文提出了基于XML的作战文书网络传输的设计思路,并详细介绍了利用Socket套接字技术来实现作战文书的网络传输。实验证明,基于XML的作战文书自动化处理的性能优于现有的作战文书系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the operation command and rapid development of computer technology,the intercross of these privde the automatic disposal of operation command new research respects and methods. The automatic disposal of military operation document exerts more and more important effects on the battle nowadays,and there occurs many groping research subject.According to the disadvantage of the automatic process for military operation document, a new idea of military operation document with XML technology was formed and described in this paper.And the kernel technology and method:the DTD defined the logic frame,the XML described the content,and the XSL gave the format,was presented.Then according to the disposal flow of operation document,presented the three-tier architecture of the system.The automatic process of military operation document based on XML avoided the disadvantage of exchange under the traditional file formats such as Word or Wps,and advaced the automatic disposal of military operation document in the C4ISR application and simulation system.Yet,to realize the functions as automatic pigeonhole,register,destroy,distribute, query and use of military operation document based on XML,the mature technique of relation database must be used.In allusion to the characteristic of the military operation document,the relation and the conversion arithmetic between the military operation document and the relation database was particular researched in the paper.And the design and frame of the database was given in combination with the management of military operation document.In the end,based on above theory achievements,in order to conquer the shortage of traditional method, we bring forward design ideas of exchange,the exchange of the military operation document with the Socket technology was introduced.更多还原
