天线结构可视化优化建模技术研究

【摘要】 天线结构是一种大型精密机械结构,又是典型的机电一体化产品,它的最终目的是保证其电气性能要求,所以其优化设计更显重要,本文以面天线结构优化设计为工程背景,提出了当前组成可视化结构优化设计软件所需的三大模块,几何造型模块、有限元分析模块、优化模块。 本文的主要任务是将科学可视化技术应用于天线优化设计建模中,开发可视化的结构优化软件系统,以推广结构优化技术在工程中的实际应用。 本文针对天线设计的具体要求,结合天线综合设计系统的总体设计方案,充分分析了天线设计系统中结构优化的功能需求,提出了基于可视化方法的交互建模方案,开发了天线结构优化设计可视化建模环境,在该环境中用户可以通过人机界面交互确定设计的目标系统、约束系统和变量系统;对建立结构优化系统的总体框架进行了分析和实践,从功能模块设计,模块接口设计,外在表现形式三个方面做了详细描述;对优化建模可视化软件的内容和体系结构做了深入的研究,划分了软件的层次结构并对各层次之间的数据流向进行了描述;通过对I-DEAS软件的二次开发技术,实现了优化建模的图形辅助变量归并;并利用Delphi与Fortran混合编程技术,实现了在Delphi下调用及操控Fortran计算程序的方法;最后对天线结构优化可视化软件系统进行了集成,针对典型的天线结构进行了运算验证。

【Abstract】 The optimization for antenna structures turns to be more important for its complexity and high precision. Illustrated by antennas’ structure optimization, it ispresented the three essential modules——geometry module, FEM module,optimizations module, which build visualization software systems of structure optimizations.This paper applies visualization in scientific computing (VISC) to design optimizationg of antenna. And the construction of a human-computer interface based on the integration of softwares can advance the application of optimization design to engineering.This paper determines the design idea of combining antenna design and VISC based on the general design scheme on virtual manufacturing system. A visualization environment is developed, in which the objective function, constraint functions and the design variables can be determined conveniently through human-computer interface. Three points are put forward: functional moules design, I/O design between block and extrinsic form. Content and implementation scheme of VISC software platform are researched, and the gradation structure of software is partitioned and described. Some key techniques are presented, and the emphasis is visual design variable merging through the practical application of the technique for opening I-DEAS software, and calling and controlling of calculation program written in Fortran in the development environment of Delphi are in virtue of the techniques of Fortran/Delphi mixed-language programming. In the end, functional modules have been integrated and a typical computational example on antenna structure is verified.
