【摘要】 工程管理的核心之一是合同管理，及时准确地反映合同动态信息对公司的经营决策、成本控制、风险控制有重要意义。随着公司经营业务的不断扩大，合同签订数量和种类的不断增加，必须有一个完善的管理信息系统进行合同管理变革；为此设计了“工程合同管理系统”，该系统包括了合同信息管理、合同签入签出管理、制定收／付费计划、收／付费管理、发票管理、转账、报表等。 本文根据工程合同管理的目标和特点，讨论了合同管理与质量、进度、投资、安全控制的关系；研究了对合同管理的效率有影响的工程合同管理的组织模式，并提出了设置合同管理组织的方法。进一步地结合具体的工程公司合同管理系统运用面向对象的方法中的OMT(Object Modeling Technology)法进行系统分析，并用UML表达了工程合同管理模型。同时论证了本系统的权限管理采用基于角色的访问控制方法配合业务逻辑的判断。 然后运用组件开发、数据完整性、信息集成、对对象的协同控制机制等关键技术，以及采用Oracle数据库技术和PowerBuilder开发工具实现了“工程合同管理系统”的开发。最后编码测试后成功投入使用，该系统具有操作方便、灵活性好、安全性高、运行稳定等特点。利用该系统可以使公司领导进行项目、合同、收费的动态管理，有效地提高了公司决策链的反应速度。 最后本文对论文进行了总结，针对目前的研究现状和存在的问题提出进一步关注的方向，以及下一步应该开展的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The most important key component of project management is the contract management. It’s very significant to reflect accurately in time the changeable contract information for company to make policy and manage, to control the cost and the risk. As the business of company has expanded constantly, the quantities and categories of signed contract have increased constantly; There must be a perfect management information system to have the contract management Changed. Because this, the software "The Project Contract Management System " is designed .It includes the contract information management, the management of contract being signed into and signed out, making the charging / paying plan of a contract, the management of charging / paying for a contract, the management of invoice, the management of transferring accounts and the report etc...According to the the goal and the characteristic of project contract management, this thesis discuss the relations of contract management and the quality, the progress, the investment. the safety control; It Studies the organization pattern of project contract management , and proposed the method to establish contract management organization . Further utilizing the OMT(Object Modeling Technology) method that is one of the object-oriented method , the thesis carries on the system analysis based on the contract management system for a concrete project company , and displaies the project contract management model with UML. Furthermore, it proves that the jurisdiction management of this system is based on the role visit controling method coordination judges of service .Then utilizing essential technology, for example module development, data integrity, information integration , object coordination control mechanism and so on, as well as using the technology of Oracle database and the PowerBuilder development kit, "The Project Contract Management System" is realized . Finally it is coding and tested, and successfully put to use. It’s easy to operate, high security, operating steadily etc...
