华南晚二叠世末期阿尔拜虫目放射虫分类学与生物地层研究
Taxonomic and Biostratigraphic Study on the Latest Permian Albaillellaria (Radiolaria) from South China

【摘要】 阿尔拜虫目放射虫是古生代特有的深水放射虫,最早出现于志留纪,从晚泥盆世开始繁盛,于二叠纪末期绝灭。它演化迅速,在全球古海洋中广泛分布,对全球晚古生代深水相地层划分、对比具有重大意义。近三十年来,大量关于阿尔拜虫目放射虫的分类学方面的资料在全球范围内陆续积累起来。丰富的分类学研究成果促进了二叠纪放射虫生物地层学的发展。1980年,Holdsworth and Jones基于阿尔拜类放射虫资料,首次提出了二叠纪放射虫组合。随后,二叠纪放射虫带在日本、欧洲特提斯洋地区、北美、中国华南、泰国等地纷纷建立起来。同时,二叠纪阿尔拜类放射虫的分类学与生物地层学工作也推动了二叠纪—三叠纪(P-T)转折期的放射虫演化模式研究。 然而,前人研究中较少专门涉及晚二叠世末期,特别是接近P-T界限处的阿尔拜虫目放射虫。本文对桂南东攀剖面和黔南四大寨剖面所做的工作为其提供了更多的新资料。 2002年至2004年,我们在广西壮族自治区扶绥县柳桥地区进行了多次野外工作。该地区在二叠纪末期为一裂陷槽,深水沉积发育。研究选定的东攀剖面从上二叠统大隆组到下三叠统罗楼组地层连续,含有一个保存十分完好的二叠纪末期放射虫动物群。剖面下部以硅质岩、硅质泥岩为主,上部以泥质硅质岩为主,分别夹有粘土层。我们共发现并描述两属十五种阿尔拜虫科放射虫,全部产于该剖面下部,其中包括三个新种和一个新亚种,分别为Neoalbaillella miniscuta new species, Albaillella flabellata new species, Albaillella fida new species及Albaillella yaoi longa new subspecies. 在东攀剖面阿尔拜类放射虫中,A. triangularis和N. optima分别为各自属的优势种。然而,5层以上层位Neoalbaillella属全部消失,6-3层之上Albaillella属全部消失。此层位距P-T界限仍有244cm。同时,在阿尔拜类放射虫消失后的层位中,我们找到Entactinaria,Spumellaria和Latentifistularia.的分子,因而我们认为阿尔拜类放射虫先于其它二叠纪放射虫绝灭。 在广泛与世界各地发现的晚二叠世放射虫带进行对比的基础上,在东攀剖面识别出两个放射虫带,由下至上为:Neoalbaillella optima带和Non-Albaillellaria带(本文暂未定义该组合)。 鉴于Neoalbaillella optima和Albaillella triangularis这两个Neoalbaillella optima带的特征分子在东攀剖面下部1-6层的大量出现,可以肯定东攀剖面下部的放射虫动物群属于N.optima组合带。另外,在东攀剖面发现的丰富的Albaillella属分子展现出独特的组合面貌,有助于详细对比东攀剖面Neoalbaillella optima带与其它地区尤其是日本Gujo-hachiman剖面N. optima带的对应关系。对比后得出结论:东攀剖面产出的N. optima组合带代表了Neoalbaillella optima组合带上部至顶部,其时代对应于晚长兴期。鉴于四大寨剖面顶部N.optima带Albaillella属分子的组合面貌与东攀剖面相似,故认为四大寨剖面N. optima带的
【Abstract】 Albaillellaria is a characteristic kind of deep-water radiolarian. It first appears in Silurian, and gets to its acme in Late Devonian. At last it disappears at the end of Permian. Albaillellaria evolved rapidly with a wild distribution in the global paleocean. Therefore, it plays an important role in the division and correlation of global deep-water faces strata. In the latest three decades, plenty of documents about taxonomy of Albaillellaria have been accumulated in many places of the world. Abundant taxonomic documents of Albaillellaria advanced researches on Permian radiolarian biostratigraphy. Holdsworth and Jones (1980) first proposed Permian radiolarian assemblages mainly based on the presence of albaillellids. Subsequently, Permian radiolarian zones in Japan, European Tethys, North American, Southern China and Thailand etc. were respectively recognized. Furthermore, the taxonomic and biostratigraphic works on Permian albaillellids have improved studies concerning the evolutionary pattern of radiolarians during the Permian and Triassic transitional stage.However, previous researches have seldom dealt with Albaillellids at the end of Late Permian, especially near the Permian-Triassic Boundary. The work on the Dongpan Section (southwest Guangxi) and the Sidazhai Section (south Guizhou) in this thesis contributes more new materials to the study in that field.From 2002 to 2004 we made fieldwork studies several times in Liuqiao area, County Fusui, Guangxi. During the Latest Permian this area is in an aulacogen with a great deal of deep-water sediments. The Dongpan Section, in which a well-preserved latest Permian radiolarian fauna was found, comprises the Dalong Formation and the Luolou Formation without interval. Lithologically, the lower part of Dalong Formation is mainly composed of muddy siliceous rocks, bedded siliceous rocks with intercalations of claystones, yielding abundant radiolarians and a few foraminifera, ostracods and brachiopods; the upper part, of siliceous mudstones with thin intercalations of claystones. Two genera and fifteen species belonging to Albaillellidae are recognized and described from the lower part of Dongpan Section, including three new species and one new subspecies, namely Neoalbaillella minuta new species, Albaillella flabellata new species, Albaillella fida new species and Albaillella yaoi longa new subspecies.In the Dongpan Section, N. optima and A. triangularis are the dominant species of Albaillella
