运输包装黑匣子数据处理的研究

【摘要】 我国每年由于运输包装损坏所造成的损失大约为140亿元,这对企业造成极大的危害。运输包装黑匣子可以对运输包装过程进行监测。通过黑匣子读取流通过程中包装件的加速度、温度和湿度等信息并记录在存储器中,包装设计者对黑匣子获得的数据进行分析,研究其损害的原因,从而完善产品的包装设计,减少在运输过程中的损失。本课题主要是对黑匣子获得数据的信息进行处理并编写相应的程序,使包装设计人员直观地了解流通过程中数据的变化情况,为包装设计提供资料。由于黑匣子读取的数据存放在文本文档里,而且显示的数据并非实用数值,首先需要总结出相应的转换公式,把黑匣子的数值转换为其对应的实用数值。其次,将实用数据转换为直观形象的曲线,这有利于对参数进行分析和判断。另外,使用者还可以通过对数据类型的选择来查看其相应的数据及其曲线变化情况。在曲线的显示方面,三条曲线是在同一个坐标轴上显示,以便于对比研究。由于数据采集过程使用同一个时钟芯片,因此这三个数据在时间上是严格对应的,可以使用同一个时间轴作横坐标轴,纵坐标标注出三个参数的最大范围,但是对于不同的参数具有不同的物理意义。观察界面是可以滚动的,这样即使数据量比较大,用户也可以方便地查看运输过程中的所有数据。在此基础上,我们还设计了查询对话框,以供使用者选择查看任意时刻点或时间段的数据,当使用者选择完毕后,用户界面上方将会显示所选择的时刻点或者时间段。该软件还具有纠错功能,如果查询者输入的时间和数据不相符合,或者查询过程出错,将会有对话框进行提示,使用者可以根据提示进行相应的修改,然后进行再次查询。通过该软件得出的曲线,使用者可以非常方便地对数据进行对比分析,从而了解包装件的整个运行情况。
【Abstract】 In china, it is about 14 billions damage losses occurring in transportation and packaging every year. For the purpose of preventing the package from being damaged during transportation, perfecting the package of products, improving the transport management, a black box is designed to inspect the whole process of transportation, monitor and write down the acceleration, temperature, humidity of the package in the course of circulation, save the data in the memorizer. Then we study the data gathered by the black box and get the reason of damage. Then we can perfect the package design of the products accordingly. This subject is mainly to process the information that obtained by the black box and design the program for package designer. Then they can comprehend the circulation situation and get the data information.The data that the black box has collected are saved in the text file and the value of data shown at present is not the original data. So firstly we must conclude the formula to change the data into the original number; the data in the text file is not intuitionist enough, we design software to make the data shown in the form of curve. In order to analyze the data more easily; the three curves are shown on the same reference frame. The course that we gathered the three parameters is under the same clock chip, so they are strictly corresponding on time. We can use the same time axis as the x-coordinate and the y-coordinate in which different parameters have different meanings. And the interface of software is designed to roll when the quantity of data amount is very large. Thus people can look over all the data easily. Thirdly inquiry dialogue is designed for people to see about the data at any time. After the data being chosen, it will show us the time on the top of the interface. At the same time we can choose the curve and the data whatever we want to see. In addition, the software has the error-correcting function. If the time and the data are not match to each other or there are some errors in the process of the inquiry, there will be corresponding suggestion, it will help the user to modify his operation.People can analyze the data conveniently and know the whole circulation with the software.
