基于Portal的防汛应用集成平台的研究与实现

【摘要】 水利作为信息密集的行业在强调信息化的今天面临着新的形势和任务。本文以水利行业中对信息需求最为迫切的防汛工作作为切入点,结合防汛信息化工作的现状和存在问题以及现代信息技术中应用集成的发展,提出在水利行业内建立一个能够支持信息共享、水利资源整合、能够运行于异构平台之上的防汛应用集成平台。首先对Portal技术做了详细的分析。Portal是一个应用框架,一个基于Web的应用系统,它能够通过其Web组件Portlet集成存储来自企业内部和外部的各种信息和知识。应用集成是要将信息资源和应用聚集成一个协同工作的整体。Portal这种单一访问方式、对已有应用系统的集成、个性化等特点为构建应用集成平台提供良好的技术支持。同时,应用集成平台在整合企业信息资源中的广泛应用也为将该技术应用于水利行业提供有力的借鉴。基于上述理论分析,本文提出了一套基于Portal的防汛应用集成平台的体系结构。该体系结构涉及数据集成、应用集成和开发方法的集成等多个方面,成功地将防汛业务中信息服务、洪水预报、洪水调度、灾情评估、决策会商等业务系统整合在门户中,使它们有效地为防汛决策提供支持。同时也对该集成平台的设计和搭建做出详细分析,该集成平台基于Portal架构,利用数据集成中间件将水利行业中长期以来存在的异构异地数据库进行整合;利用Portal的集成特性,将一个或多个防汛应用组件组合成一项防汛业务,实现各防汛业务在Portal下的集成;利用防汛领域应用框架AAF开发防汛应用组件Portlet,AAF符合MVC的设计模式,提高代码重用率的同时,也提升组件的开发效率和质量,实现了集成平台在开发方法上的集成。最后,通过将防汛应用集成平台应用于陕西防汛抗旱决策支持系统的开发与实施,充分验证了防汛应用集成平台在快速开发防汛决策支持系统中的优越性。

【Abstract】 Water resource is faced with new task in today’s informatization situation. In this paper, from the point of flood control, the actuality and existing problems in flood control and the development of application integration in modern information technologies have been discussed. It is essential and necessary to build a flood control application integration platform, which should be the one to support information sharing, water resources integration and operation on different platforms.Portal technology is elaborated firstly. Portal is an application framework, an application system based on web, and it can integrate all kinds of information and knowledge from the enterprise interior and exterior through web component, which is called Portlet. Application integration must integrate information resources and applications to a whole of coordinated work. Portal’s characteristics such as single visit mode, to integrate existed systems and individuation provide a favourable technology support for building an application integration platform. At the same time, application integration platform is applied widely to integrate enterprise information resources, which is also to be a powerful reference to apply this technology to water resource.Based on theories analysis above, this paper presents a whole architecture of the flood control application integration platform based on Portal. This architecture includes data integration, application integration and development method integration and so on, and it integrates successfully all flood control businesses to a water resource portal for supporting effective flood control decision. Besides, the design and built of integration platform are also elaborated. This integration platform is based on Portal framework, and utilizes data integration middleware to integrate existed databases from different structures and different places in water resource; utilizes Portal’s integration characteristics to assemble one or moreflood control components to one flood control business, realizing flood control businesses’integration under Portal; utilizes flood control field application framework AAF to develop flood control application component Portlet. AAF accords with MVC design mode, which enhances code reuse rate and advances component development efficiency and quality, realizing the integration on development method.At last, this flood control application integration platform is applied to develop and actualized Shaanxi flood and drought control decision support system, which validates enough the superiority in applying the flood control application integration platform to develop rapidly the flood control decision support system.
