UV上光工艺规范化与质量评价体系的研究

【摘要】 本论文是对印刷品UV上光工艺规范化和膜层质量评价体系的研究。UV上光工艺规范化主要是基于生产实际中获得最佳上光膜层质量的考虑,对影响UV上光膜层质量的有关机器设备和UV上光油有关参数进行优化选取,从而规范上光生产工艺,找出一套适合生产实际的上光工艺参数,直接用于生产,改善上光质量。UV上光膜层质量评价体系的研究针对目前业界对上光质量优劣的评价缺乏依据的现状,从考察膜层质量二级评价因子测量数值出发,结合相关标准确定了评价因子的等级论域,确定了评定因素的隶属度,最后应用现代模糊理论中综合评判的方法建立出评价体系模型。论文所做的两部分工作为企业和相关领域确定上光工艺规范和建立详细而实用的UV上光膜层评价方法提供了依据。

【Abstract】 This paper aims to standardize UV varnishing workflow and build a sort of estimate system about UV varnishing quality.The standardization is based on how to gain best varnishing quality in production, various parameters concerned with machine and UV varnish which affect varnishing quality are picked up, production workflow is standardized, and a set of useful parameters are obtained, to improve UV varnishing quality.Considering the absence of estimate system about varnishing quality, the paper examines the second degree estimate factor measure numerical value of varnishing quality, establishes the grade field based on interrelated standard, obtains subjection degree about assessing factors, and establishes model of the estimate system using integrative judgment method in modern fuzzy theory.The two main works done in this paper have two functions: one is to make a certain UV varnishing technology criterion for corporations and relative fields, the other is to establish particular and practical estimate means of varnishing.
