咨询企业知识共享机制研究

【摘要】 知识经济时代,针对知识的管理——知识管理成为当前世界性的管理理论与实践中的一个热门的前沿探索领域。咨询企业作为典型的知识型企业,实现咨询企业内部有效的知识共享是其保持市场竞争优势的一个重要手段和关键环节。本论文在知识管理、智力资产管理、知识共享的理论与方法的研究基础上,进行了咨询企业知识共享主体分析、内容分析和模式分析。在上述咨询企业知识共享机理分析的基础上,为咨询企业构建了一个包括激励机制、组织机制、媒介机制、反馈机制的较全面的、动态的知识共享机制。其中在激励机制方面,建立了包括知识绩效考核制度、知识公认制度等一整套激励机制;在组织机制方面,选择网络——层次型的组织结构作为咨询企业促进知识共享的组织形式;在媒介机制方面,根据知识特征与媒体富裕匹配规律,提出以人为主和以物为主的两种媒介传播方式;在反馈机制方面,从态度、环境、行为活动三个维度构建了企业知识共享效果综合评估指标体系,并建立了数学模型进行量化处理。除了上述咨询企业共享的核心机制,本文认为共享企业文化、知识管理技术以及专门的知识管理团队对知识共享的促进作用也不容忽视,所以有必要建立包括上述三者的知识共享支持平台作为核心机制的补充。论文从知识共享核心机制与支持平台两个层面,建立了一整套咨询企业知识共享总体体系,以达到通过促进企业知识共享挖掘企业内部的知识资源从而提高企业的效率和核心竞争力的目的。并希冀通过该次研究对其他类型企业的知识共享实施有所启示和指导意义。

【Abstract】 At the time of Knowledge economy, Knowledge Management is becoming popular front exploration domain of management theory and practice in the current worldwide. For consulting enterprise, as a typical knowledge enterprise, realizing effective knowledge sharing is an important method and the essential link to maintain the market competition superiority.This paper has carried on knowledge sharing main body analysis, content analysis and pattern analysis of consulting enterprises based on knowledge management, intelligence property management, knowledge sharing theory and methods foundation.On the foundation of above analysis, it establishes a set of knowledge sharing system including the drive mechanism, the organization mechanism, the medium mechanism and the feedback mechanism. In drive mechanism aspect, it has established one whole set drive mechanism including knowledge achievements check-up system, knowledge recognition system etc.; in organization mechanism aspect, it choosed network-evel organizational structure; in medium mechanism aspect, it proposed two media dissemination way-by people and by things; in feedback mechanism aspect, it constructed knowledge sharing effect overall assessment target system, and established the mathematical model to carry on quantification processing. Besides above core mechanism, this article thought sharing enterprise culture, knowledge management technology as well as the special knowledge management team are also important. Therefore, it is necessary to establish knowledge sharing platform including above three to supplement core mechanism.The paper has established whole knowledge sharing overall system from core mechanism and support platform, in order to enhance the efficiency and core competitive power of consulting enterprises, through promoting enterprises` knowledge sharing to mine enterprise interior knowledge resources. And it hope provides the enlightenment and the guiding sense through this research to other enterprises’ knowledge sharing.
