基于J2EE技术的陕西省水利厅OA系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 在新世纪里,水利事业面临着新形势、新任务,肩负重大的历史责任。在这个历史转变过程中,要把水利信息化放在优先的位置。建设通用的办公自动化系统成为水利信息化建设的关键步骤。随着信息技术的发展和计算机应用的普及,工作流技术受到了越来越多的关注。工作流理论及其应用正逐渐成为计算机领域的一个新的研究热点。本文研究是在OA项目基础上展开的,研究目标是:(1)设计和开发一个基于J2EE架构的通用工作流管理系统。(2)在通用工作流管理系统之上搭建陕西省水利厅办公自动化系统。因此,本文研究对象是基于J2EE的工作流管理系统的设计与实现以及在工作流管理系统之上如何根据陕西省水利厅的具体业务需求建设OA系统。本文首先阐述了陕西省水利厅现有系统的体系结构,OA系统与现有系统之间的关系,给OA系统的设计提供项目的开发背景与客观条件。然后,综述了工作流技术的起源、现状、发展趋势,分析了WfMC提出的工作流参考模型,讨论了该模型的体系结构。针对工作流参考模型体系结构中提出的5个标准接口,分别介绍接口的设计与实现。另外,还详细介绍了工作流建模过程和方法。在对工作流设计核心进行分析的基础上,设计和开发了一个基于J2EE的工作流管理系统。本文第五章介绍了基于工作流管理系统的水利厅OA应用实例,文中的论述顺序依照软件工程的开发流程:需求分析、系统设计及实现、系统实施及运行。根据具体业务需求用Petri网进行业务建模,给出建模实例。文中给出了该系统的实现方法和细节,详细说明了如何用面向对象方法进行分析、用JAVA实现的过程细节。最后,阐述OA系统在水利信息门户中的集成,对全文进行了总结。
【Abstract】 In the new century, the water conservacy is faced with a new situation, a new task, and shoulders a significant historical responsibility. In this historical transformation, we must put the water resource informatization on the first position. Constructing the general office automated system becomes the essential step in the construction of water resource informatization.With the development of information technology and the popularization of computer application, the workflow technique is paid more and more attention to. The workflow theory and its application gradually become a new research hotspot in the computer domain.This paper studies on the basis of OA project, which research goal is:(1)Developing a general workflow management system based on the J2EE frame;(2) Building up the OA system in Shaanxi Province department of water conservancy above the general workflow management system.Therefore, the research object of this paper is the design and the realization of workflow management system based on J2EE and how to build up OA system according to the service demands of Shaanxi Province water department above the workflow management system.First, this paper elaborats the existing system structure in Shaanxi Province water department and the relation between the OA system and the existing system, provides the development background and objective condition for the design of OA system. Then, it summarizes the origin, the present situation and the development tendency of workflow technique, analyzes the workflow reference model proposed by WfcMc, and discusses this system structure of the model. It proposes five standard interfaces in view of the system structure of workflow reference mode, and separately introduces the design and realization of the interfaces. In addition, it detailedly introduces the modeling process and method of workflow. Then it designs a workflow management system based on J2EE on the analysis of the workflow design core.In the fifth chapter, this paper introduces an OA application example of water department based on the workflow management system. The sequence of this paper is according to the development flow in software engineering: demand analysis, system design and realization, system implementation and function. It constructs the operation model with Petri net according to the service demands and gives anexample. This paper presents the realization method and details of this system, detailedly explains how to use the object-oriented method to analyze, and the realization details with JAVA.Finally, it elaborates the integration of OA system in water conservation information portal and summarizes the paper.
