【摘要】 中国加入WTO,在享受更多的贸易机会的同时,也面临着更多的贸易挑战。本文从入世后的贸易安全问题谈起,指明了在我国建立反倾销预警系统的必要性,并以河北省为例,系统阐述了构建反倾销预警系统的详细过程。文章以预警理论思想为基础,应用神经网络分析方法,结合功能强大的现代化开发工具Matlab软件开发出具有实用价值、操作简便的河北省应对欧盟反倾销预警系统,对河北省反倾销数量的异常变动进行及时报警,从而为今后政府和企业构建更为全面的预警机制提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s entry into WTO, it shares more trade opportunities, but at thesame time it also faces more trade challenges. The paper talks from trade security,then points out the necessity of setting up antidumping warning system in ourcountry, and takes Hebei province for example, systemic expatiates the particularprocess of building an antidumping warning system. The article bases on warning theory, uses NN analyses measure combining withmodern exploiting tool---Matlab software which has powerful function, builds upthe study of Hebei province’s antidumping warning system against EU which hasexcellent practical value and can easily operated, it can give an alarm in time whenthe antidumping numbers of Hebei changes abnormally, consequently affordbeneficial reference for government and enterprise’s constructing more overallwarning mechanism.更多还原
