闪变源识别的研究

【摘要】 对电能质量扰动源进行识别是电能质量监测与控制的要求之一,对于协调电力用户与供电企业间的矛盾和对电能质量进行治理具有重要的意义。目前,对电能质量的若干扰动源如闪变源、电压暂降等的识别研究还处于理论分析阶段,没有现成的装置能够用于现场的测量和分析。本文通过对复小波的研究发现复小波变换的相位信息能用于闪变成份频率和幅值的检测与分析,提出了用于系统频率检测和闪变信号分析的算法。为了完成对闪变评估参数的测量,将国标推荐的闪变仪进行了数字化,编制了测量短时间闪变严重度的程序。通过分析闪变在不同电压等级间的传递和闪变源负荷的特性,提出了基于电压电流相关度和功率流向法的闪变源识别方法,通过仿真加以了验证。最后本文在LabVIEW环境下采用功率流向法开发了闪变扰动来源方向识别系统,通过RTDS仿真实验和现场实验证明了该系统具有了初步的闪变扰动识别能力。
【Abstract】 To identify the sources of power quality disturbances is a relatively critical demandof power monitoring and control. It has great significance on changing the relationshipbetween the customers and utilities and improving power quality. At present the researchon identification of flicker sources, voltage sags and so on has just begun, no efficientmethod is proposed. Until now no instrument can be used for field test.Based on the research of complex wavelet whose phase information can be used toanalyze flicker frequency and amplitude, a novel algorithm is proposed in this paper todetect the system frequency and analyzing flicker signal. A digital flicker meter isdeveloped according to the national standards for measuring the flicker level. In order toidentify flicker sources, two methods based on the correlativity of busbar voltage andload current and the direction of power flow are proposed in this paper, after analyzingthe flicker transform among different voltage levels and the characteristics of flickersource loads. Then some simulations were carried on to verify the efficiency of the twomethods. Finally, flicker source identification system is developed under LabVIEW,RTDS and field tests have been done to prove the feasibility of the system.
