大型燃煤电站锅炉吹灰优化模型的试验与理论研究

【摘要】 本文以邹县电厂330MW锅炉为研究对象,分析了锅炉积灰结渣的形成、特性和存在形式以及危害性,介绍了蒸汽、燃气冲击波、声波等三种吹灰方式的优缺点并定量分析比较了效益,得出蒸汽吹灰方式综合效益显著的结论。在已经建立的#2锅炉受热面污染监测系统的基础上,进行了炉膛短吹、升降负荷、受热面吹灰相互影响规律、受热面积灰污染程度等现场试验,得出了一系列结论。全面阐述了#2锅炉受热面吹灰收益和成本,重点分析了排烟温度降低带来的锅炉效率提高和再热汽温提高带来的全厂效率提高。在分析吹灰成本和吹灰收益的基础上,基于模糊数学原理,建立了吹灰优化多级模糊综合评判模型,并给出了范例。

【Abstract】 The dissertation investigated Zouxian Power Plant of 330MW boiler andanalyzed the formation, characteristics, existence and harm of fouling andslagging on boiler. The advantage and disadvantage of sootblowing modes, suchas steam, shock wave and sound wave, were introduced. Furthermore, theirbenefits were quantitatively analyzed and compared. It reaches the conclusion thatthe synthesis benefit of steam mode is remarkable. Based on the on-line slaggingmonitoring system of heating surfaces in #2 boiler, experiments of influencingrule among furnace short blowing and fluctuation burden and sootblowing ofheating surface, and pollution level of fouling on the heating surface were carriedout. The income and cost of sootblowing on the heating surface of #2 boilers werecompletely analyzed. It was also emphasized that the reduce in the temperature ofexhaust smoke can lead to improve the efficiency of boiler while the increase inreheat steam temperature can make the efficiency of the whole plant increased.Based on the income and cost of sootblowing and principle of fuzzingmathematics, the optimum sootblowing model of the fuzzy comprehensiveassessment method was built and its example has been taken.
