【摘要】 高等教育是一个国家教育事业、科技文化事业的重要组成部分。高等学校肩负着为国家培育英才、为社会发展提供创新动力的重要使命。我国的“科教兴围”发展战略更是对高等教育的数量和质量提出了迫切的要求。 大学校园作为承载高等教育的物质载体,其结构和功能也在随着高等教育的发展而不断变化。大学校园能否适应高等教育目前的发展现状和趋势,是制约高等教育整体和大学发展的重要因素。随着高等教育体制的改革和大学社会化趋势的明显加强,大学与所在城市的关系日益紧密。大学校园在土地利用、功能分区、道路交通和生态环境等方面与所在城市形成了矛盾依存关系。只有协调大学发展与城市发展的关系,才能使二者相促进、相辅相成。 校园规划对大学的建设和发展具有先导作用。大学进行校园规划时应充分考虑高等教育社会化趋势下的大学与城市的关系,从而协调大学校园规划与城市规划的关系。本文从分析大学校园规划的基本概念和理论入手,论述了大学与城市在空间结构、和功能上的相互依存关系,进而详细分析了大学校园规划与城市规划在土地利用、功能分区、道路交通和生态环境方面进行协调的必要性和对策,最后以此为理论依据对保定市的主要高校校园规划进行了分析和总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher education is an important part of national educational cause and the cause of science and technology. Higher schools undertake the task of offering innovation to make the development and educating qualified people. "Prospering the nation with science and education" developing strategy has put forward urgent requirement for quality and quantity of higher education.University campus is the basic material of higher education, and its structure and function also change in along with the development of higher education. Whether the University campus can meet the developing present situation and tendency of higher education, it is an important restriction factor of universities’ development and the whole higher educational. Along with the tendency of universities’ socialization and the reform of higher educational system, the concern of university and city is increasing closely. There are many respects such as land using, divided area of function, road and traffic and ecological environment have formed relation with city. Only we coordinate the relation of city development and university development, we can have the development of both.Campus planning plays a guide role in the development and construction of university. So when we carry out campus planning, we should consider the concern of city and university to coordinate the relation of urban planning and university campus planning. This paper start with from the theory and basic concept of university campus planning, then discuss the concern between university and city in space structure and function, and then analyzes the coordinated concern between university campus planning and urban planning in aspect of land using, function zone, road traffic and ecological environment, lastly make an analysis and summarize of the major college campus planning of Baoding city.更多还原
