污水处理智能监控系统的开发研究

【摘要】 本文结合西单国家电力调度中心污水处理项目,设计了基于IPC-PLC二级污水处理智能监控系统,包括现场PLC程序控制系统、上位计算机监控系统及它们之间的通讯系统。文中分别介绍了两个系统的硬件配置及其功能的软件实现。 该项目现场控制系统采用的是德国SIEMENS公司的S7-300系列PLC做主站,分布式I/O ET200M做从站,构成PROFIBUS-DP总线控制系统。运用与之相配的STEP7编程软件,通过STL和LAD两种编程语言编制了现场PLC的控制程序,从而使该污水处理系统中的中水、软水和饮用水处理系统可以按照工艺要求完成自动控制。 选用性能稳定、抗干扰性能好的工控机作为上位机。采用了同是SIEMENS公司的WinCC工控组态软件对上位机监控功能进行组态,实现现场数据实时记录和监控,设计了工艺流程、记录查询、报警、报表、参数设定、实时曲线等操作画面,并利用WinCC全局脚本开发了模糊自适应PID控制算法,实现了对pH值模糊自适应PID控制。 PLC与设置在中控室的工控机通过基于TCP/IP协议的工业以太网进行通讯,组成了一个WinCC与STEP7合用、工控机与PLC合用的混合型工业控制系统,不但发挥了不同设备各自的优势、缩短了工程时间、降低了人力物力消耗,而且可方便的与调度中心的BA相连,实现了调度中心管控一体化。

【Abstract】 According to the Sewage Disposal Project for National Electric Power Control Center in Xidan, the paper presents the design of sewage disposal intelligent monitoring and control system based on IPC-PLC, including PLC program control system, computer supervision system and the communication system between the upper and the lower computer, and introduces its hardware configuration and software achievement.In this project, PROFIBUS-DP control system is composed by the lower computer-SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as master station and ET200M distributed I/O device as slave station. With the help of the corresponding programming software STEP7 and the programming language STL and LAD, the lower computer control program is made so that the sewage disposal system-including neutral water, soft water and drinking water- can be automatic controlled according to the technologic requirements.Using the high stabilization and good anti-jamming performance industrial personal computer (IPC) as upper computer, WinCC software, which is also a product from SIEMENS, is used to configure the supervisory software, in order to realize the real-time data-logging, supervising and controlling, as well as various visual HMI such as technologic flow, record checking, alarming, reporting, parameter setting, real-time curving. How to use the Global Script of WinCC to develop the fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters control algorithm is described and the fuzzy self-tuning PID control of pH value was achieved in sewage disposal process.PLC and IPC in the central control room is communicated via Industrial Ethernet based on TCP/IP to form a hybrid industry control system, not only to make profit of the unique merits of PLC and IPC but also to realize integrating management and control of the Control Center by linking the BA together.
