基于CAXA电子图版的EBCAM系统研究与开发

【摘要】 客户需求的多样化和个性化是现在纺织机械的重要发展方向,随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,要求企业一方面要根据市场信息不断地开发出高质量的新产品,另一方面,企业应从根本上通过运用先进的制造技术和管理技术米提高产品的生产效率,从而降低产品的价格。CAD/CAM技术正是其中的关键。本文结合项目合作企业实际情况,在CAXA-EB平台上开发了适合于该企业的CAM系统,即EBCAM系统。该系统通过与PDM系统集成,实现了数控自动编程、加工工艺生成、加工工艺管理等多项功能,同时实现了企业加工制造资源的统一管理,即企业信息集成。EBCAM系统包括零件族NC主模板生成向导、刀位文件生成、刀位文件仿真、刀位文件后置处理、制造资源的管理五大模块。它是集成了CAD技术、数控技术、PDM数据管理技术、数据库技术等的一个一体化快速制造解决方案。本文主要研究EBCAM系统的关键技术,具体如下: 第一章首先介绍了与论文相关的若干概念,对当前国内外CAD/CAM技术的发展现状及发展趋势进行了举例分析,详细介绍了所有CAM系统开发的都必须需解决的几点关键技术。 第二章对现有CAM系统的生成原理进行了研究,并划分成类,通过比较了各类CAM系统的优势的基础上,提出了EBCAM系统模型,并从CAD软件选型、系统实现原理、主要功能模块等几个方面对EBCAM系统的总体设计予以介绍。 第三章着眼于前文所述CAM系统所需解决的关键技术,详细讨论了EBCAM的具体实施方案。关键技术包括:零件建模方法、刀位文件生成方法、刀位文件仿真、刀位文件后置处理四各方面。 第四章EBCAM系统下PDM对工艺资源的管理及检索方法,即基于BOM表的NC模板管理、工艺知识库管理及基于零件编码的工艺资源检索与使用方法。 第五章结合具体零件实例介绍了EBCAM系统的工作流程,补充说明了系统实现原理,再现了上文所述的系统实施方案。 第六章,对EBCAM的功能模块和技术特点进行总结,并对下一步的工作进行展望。

【Abstract】 It is one of most important direction of textile machine development that the diversification and individuation of reqirements of clients. Because of drastic competion, different compomy should develop new product with high quality as soon as possible,meanwhile they must use advanced manufacturing and management technology to improve their efficency and reduce the price of product.CAD/CAM technology is the key technology of this process.This paper combined the actual production situation of compay, developed a CAM system aimed to the requirement of the compamy upon the CAXA-EB platform.It is be called EBCAM system.This system integrated with PDM system and realized the autoNC programming 、 processing strategies producing、 manufacturing processing management and some other function,then achieve the taget of consolidated management of manufacturing resource.It is called the integrationg of company’s information. EBCAM includes five modules, they are master NC template 、cutting location file producing 、 cutting location file emulator、 cutting location post file 、and manufacturing management.This system is a fast manufacturing solution,it integrated the CAD technology、 numerical control technology、 PDM technology、 database technology,and so on.This paper mainly introduces the key technology of EBCAM in following order:Chapter one firstly introduces some concepts related to this paper, then it analyses the current situation and develop direction of CAD/CAM technology in and out country by examples, at last, it introduce the key technology which can’t be avoided in every CAM system.. Chapter two analyses the working principles of most CAM system that can be finded in market,then compares the advantages of them by classified them into different kind.At last, it propose the model of EBCAM and introduce the develop strategy of whole system from four aspects.Chapter three focuses on the solution of these key technologies that have been mentioned in chapter that have been used in EBCAM, include part modeling, cutting location file producing, simulation and post processor.Chapter four introduces the manufaceturing resource management strategies upon the PDM plateform and the mathord to find out and use the processing file by part number.Chapter five gives a example to show the working process of EBCAM.It is a supplement to explain the woking priciples of this system and review the solution of EBCAM.Chapter six the function module and technic feature of EBCAM are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
