黑液水煤浆催化气化机理性研究

【摘要】 中国是一个煤炭资源比较丰富而石油资源相对比较匮乏的国家,传统的煤炭开发利用技术对我国的经济和环境产生了严重的影响,而水煤浆技术比较符合我国的国情,水煤浆气化是洁净、高效利用煤炭资源的一种途径。与此同时,由于造纸工业的发展,除了少数生产规模较大的工厂外,大多数工厂其黑液未加处理,仍作为废物直接排入江河,使环境遭受污染,若利用造纸黑液制成黑液水煤浆则可以达到一举两得的目的。 由于黑液水煤浆与常规水煤浆不同,其气化温度、碱金属种类以及碱金属含量对黑液水煤浆气化的影响如何都是值得研究的。本文对黑液水煤浆、常规水煤浆以及新汶原煤主要采取了热分析的方法,辅以扫描电镜、XRD、罗斯蒙特分析测试技术,得出其气化特征以及反应动力学状况,主要包括以下几个方面: 1.通过不同制焦温度以及停留时间下对煤焦活性的研究,确定了煤焦制焦的合宜温度及时间。通过对不同温度下黑液水煤浆焦以及常规水煤浆焦气化转化率以及活性的对比,确定了合适的气化温度。 2.研究了对黑液水煤浆以及常规水煤浆在不同温度下的碳转化率以及煤焦活性的影响以及气化前后不同的XRD图谱,确定了黑液水煤浆中的造纸黑液成分对煤焦活性的影响。 3.通过在不同单元催化剂以及不同含量下对煤焦气化活性的对比,确定了合适的煤焦含量、不同催化剂对煤焦活性的影响以及它们之间活性的顺序。 4.通过对不同多元催化剂以及不同含量下的煤焦气化活性的对比,确定了合适的二元以及三元催化剂以及它们之间活性的顺序。

【Abstract】 China is rich in coal resource but poor in oil resource, but traditional technology of coal utilizing generate serious effect on economy and environment. Coal Water Slurry(CWS) technology is preferable meet to our census, CWS gasification technology is a path to utilize carbon resource cleanly and effective. At the same time, with the develop of paper manufacturing industry, many factories discharge paper-making black liquor without any treatment, which cause serious effect on environment. So if we add paper-making black liquor into coal to make up Coal Black Liquor Slurry(CBLS) can kill two birds with one stone.But as the difference between CBLS and CWS, the effects of gasification temperature the kind of different alkali (alkaline earth) metallie (AAEM) and the catalytic content to the gasification of CBLS are worth to researching. The mainly method has been used in this article is The thermal analysis method and auxiliary by scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) XRD Rosemount analysis technology, and obtained its gasification characteristic and reaction kinetics parameter, mainly includes following contents:1st t. throuth research the effects of char-making temperature and coke-forming time on the specific reaction of coal char,we established the appropriate char-making temperature and coke-forming time. By compared the different carbon conversion and specific reaction between CBLS and CWS, We established the appropriate gasification temperature.2nd. throuth research the effects of carbon conversion and specific reaction between CELS and CWS and contract the different fore and after gasification XRD patterns,We established the effect of black liquor component on the specific reaction of coal char.3rd . by studied the effects of different single kind of AAEM species and the different content of AAEM species on the specific reaction of coal
