网络球形摄像机的关键技术及其应用研究

【摘要】 一体化球形摄像机是集成了光、机械、电子、图像、通信等技术于一体的高集成的精密一体化装置,是智能机器与图像信息技术的交叉与融合,在监控安防领域起着不可忽视的作用。网络球形摄像机是这种技术的一个重要延伸和扩展,它改变了传统球形摄像机还需要外接编码器和服务器等设备的不足,在网络球形摄像机内部嵌入了操作系统,能够独立完成图像采集、编码和传输。本文在课题组自行研制成功并已批量生产的一体化球形摄像机的基础上,对基于广域网的网络球形摄像机的一些关键技术进行研究。 论文简述了视频监控系统的理论及其发展历程,指出了传统监控系统存在的不足和发展方向,然后综述了网络球形摄像机的研究情况和使用现状,并给出了论文的主要研究内容。 研究了网络球形摄像机的组成原理。从球形摄像机、嵌入式视频服务器和客户端应用程序三个方面完整地进行了分析,阐述了所涉及到的关键技术。 针对网络球形摄像机根植于网络这一特性,本文重点研究了网络球形摄像机在网络传输方面的相关技术,采用了RTP/RTCP协议进行视频数据传输,保证了快速性和实时性,同时提出了基于输出码率和编码速度的控制方式,解决了因网络拥挤带来的性能影响,并给出了实验结果和性能分析。 目标识别是网络球形摄像机具有人类识别能力的关键技术,论文对此进行了研究。提出了基于色度的目标识别方法和基于模糊超球神经网络的状态识别方法;并将其应用到气动系统状态识别与故障检测中,实际应用表明,该方法的故障识别率达到99%以上。 利用这些关键技术的研究成果,研制出基于广域网的网络球形摄像机样机系统,具有视频图象采集、编码、传输、远程运动控制和客户端解码播放等功能。 最后总结全文并对系统的进一步完善,提出了一些意见和展望。
【Abstract】 Integrative Dome Camera is a highly integrated, device which is combined with optics, mechanical, electronic, image and information technology. It is a uniting of intelligent machine and image information technology, and it is of great importance to surveillance area. Net Dome Camera is a significant extension for this technology, which solves the shortcoming in traditional surveillance that treats PC support as a must. Since it has OS embedded in its body, it can have image collected and transferred independently. Besides, Net Dome Camera use networks replacing cables in data transition, which not only simplifies the system, but also extends the area of surveillance. Based on the Integrative Dome Camera that is independently developed by our research group and also formally produced by now, this thesis performs in-depth researches and experiments on some key technologies of Net Dome Camera, which is mainly applied to WAN service.In this work, the theory and development of surveillance based on image is discussed firstly, as well as the deficiency in traditional surveillance system and its improvement orientation. Then this thesis reviews the general situation of Net Dome Camera, and the main content of the thesis is presented.The constitution theory of Net Dome Camera is brought forward afterwards, and the key technologies related are fully analyzed from aspects including Integrative Dome Camera, embedded video server and client software.Considering of the point that Net Dome Camera is running on the internet, the thesis put its emphasis in doing studies on network technology. In this work, RTP / RTCP protocol is chosen as the basic protocol for image transition, which ensures the speediness and real time of video. Besides, a control theory for output bit rate and encoding rate is brought forward, which solves the problems caused by net crowding. Then a result analysis is presented.Object detection and recognition is a key technology for Net Dome Camera, which imitates the human recognition. Therefore, object detection and recognition is studied in this work as well. Based on the study, this thesis proposes a method for object detection based on color information. Besides, a method for status recognition based on Fuzzy Hypersphere Neural Network is presented as well. This work also applies the study to the fault detection in pneumatic system. Experiments show that the ratio of successful recognition is 99%.Based on all the research results, a sample system of Net Dome Camera for WAN is developed, which has the functions including video collection, coding, transition, remote movement control and client software for decoding and playing.Finally, the last past gives the summary and conclusion for the whole thesis, points some advice for improvement and forecasts the trends for future.
