基于PDM的参数化变型设计系统的研究

【摘要】 全文从设计是一个反复的过程入手,针对当前PDM广泛应用的现状展开各项研究。在大规模定制技术广泛应用的今天,一个优秀的设计师,他的创造性并不仅仅是创造新的零部件,而更多的是充分利用已有的零部件,设计出新的产品。在设计的过程中,应该尽可能的减少产品中定制零部件的比例(包括开发性设计和适应性设计的零部件),增加变型设计零部件和标准件的比例。用尽可能少的零部件,组合成尽可能多的种类的产品。 本文主要进行以下三个方面的研究工作: 首先研究了自顶向下的参数化设计。对参数化技术的基本内容约束和特征进行研究,分析了当前两种基于特征的参数化设计技术。以Pro/ENGINEER为具体对象,分析了特征和约束之间的关系,研究了自顶向下的参数化设计。以减震器为对象,阐述了自顶向下的参数化设计的过程。 其次提出了基于C和C++混合编程的Pro/ENGINEER二次开发技术。以Pro/ENGINEER二次开发为对象,研究CAD的二次开发技术。从使用语言和提供的功能上对Pro/ENGINEER二次开发各种技术手段进行比较和分析,选择Pro/TOOLKIT作为最终的开发手段,并对其进行了深入的研究。阐述了面向对象的Pro/ENGINEER二次开发技术的关键技术。 最后研究了变型设计的参数化模板技术,研究了基于自顶向下技术的变型设计的装配模型技术。对基于PDM的参数化变型设计的关键技术进行了研究。以Pro/ENGINEER为CAD端,MEPDM为PDM端进行了基于PDM的参数化变型设计系统的实现。给出了关键功能函数的实现代码,结合实例介绍了系统的应用。

【Abstract】 This paper start with the concept that any design is an iterative process, and relative research is done focused on PDM application.Today the technology of Mass Customization is widely used.As an excellent designer, to produce new product with full use of the existing parts is more important than to make new parts.During the procss of designing, the proportion of customized parts, including developing design and adapting design, should be as small as possible. The proportion of transform design parts and standard parts be should be increased. More kinds of products should be made with as less parts as possible.Main work of this thesis includes these three sections,The first section introduces the basic contents of the parameter design techniques, analyzes the current two methods of the feature based parameter design techniques. Using Pro/ENGINEER as the study object, study the Top-Down parameter design technique. Introduce the basic theory of the variant product design; analyze the current main methods and techniques of the variant product design.The Second Section is using the typic parameter design CAD software as the target object for studing. Study the Re-Development of CAD softwares. It introduces the techniques of Pro/ENGINEER Re-Development, compares their features, and finally selects the Pro/TOOLKIT as the Developing techniques. After these studies, using the Object-Oriented Thinking, It studies the Object-Oriented Pro/ENGINEER Re-Development basing on the mixing use of C and C++.The third section is the study of basic methods and techniques in the parameter based variant design and its modeling techniques. It introduces a datum-based auto assembly method for assembly variant design. As the PDM system is abroad applied in today industry, it introduces the PDM based variant design, and study its key techniques. Finally, with the C/S framework, it introduces the PDM based variant design system and its software.
