深海Smart Sensor测控系统开发研究

【摘要】 原位观测技术正越来越多的应用在海洋研究上。将在线式化学传感器经过封装由载人深潜器带到深海去观测热液及热液扩散流的环境的技术已经得到多次成功的应用。深海Smart Sensor即是在这种背景下产生的一种应用于深海的携带化学物理传感器的实现长期定点的原位观测系统。 与传统的化学物理观测系统相比,深海Smart Sensor最大的特点是将流动注射技术应用到深海领域,克服化学传感器在无维护条件下的使用寿命限制,实现深海的长期观测。它不仅具有基本数据采集功能,而且还有使用流控元件搭建的化学传感器自维护系统,并携带维护化学传感器长期工作所必需的标准液。在化学传感器的性能下降到测量精度要求以下之前,启动根据化学传感器的特性要求事先制定自维护程序,恢复化学传感器的性能。 本文的内容是深海Smart Sensor的测控系统开发研究,主要包括传感器数据采集系统和化学传感器自维护控制系统两部分。从剖析深海Smart Sensor的原理及工作流程、所携带传感器和自维护系统流控元件的工作原理出发;然后对依据这些原理进行测控系统电路和程序设计的过程作了介绍;并对SD卡在原位观测系统中的应用和基于LabVIEW的系统上位机软件开发作了较详细的阐述;最后通过试验验证了深海Smart Sensor测控系统的每个环节的正常工作。 本文所研究的深海Smart Sensor是对深海长期定点原位观测的一个尝试,尚处在原理性实现为目的的初级阶段,各项指标还有很大的发展空间,所以在流控系统设计的各个环节中均将可扩展性作为重要指标。在传感器的数量和种类、数据存储器的大小、自维护系统的流控元件驱动接口以及上位机软件的功能等方面都为下一步的完善留下了拓展空间。

【Abstract】 In-situ observation technique has been widely used in oceanic sciencific research. Encapsulated chemical sensors had already been successfully carried to deep sea in order to observe the hydrothermal fluid or the diffuse plume by the Deep Submergence Vehicle. And Smart Sensor is a kind of long-term observation system carrying chemical and physical sensors to carry out in-situ observation in deep sea.In comparison with traditional chemical sensors, Smart Sensor applied Flow Injection Analysis into deep sea. It is able to get over the time limit of the deep sea application of chemical sensors, and observe for a long period. Smart Sensor is more than a data acquisition equipment. It especially has a self-calibration system for chemical sensors which is built by flow control elements, and carries enough standard buffer solution needed in self-calibration. It will keep observing until the veracity of the chemical sensors fall below the requirement of observation, and then it will start up the self-calibration program which is programed according to the requirements of the chemical sensors.The contents of this dissertation are the researches on the DAQ and control system of Smart Sensor. It mainly includes DAQ system and self-calibration control system of the chemical sensors. The principle and technique flow of Smart Sensor, and the theories of the sensors and the flow control elements are given in the fisrt part. Based on the theories and principles above, the design of the circuit and the software on PC is introduced in the middle part of this dissertation. More detailed descriptions of the microcontroller application of SD memory and the software design with LabVIEW are given in separate chapters. Some experiments are given at last to prove that each part of the DAQ and control system of the Smart Sensor is able to work well.Smart Sensor in this dissertation is an attempt to the long term in-situ observation in deep sea. It is still in the first phase which means the main targets are not strict enough and may be increased later. So space for expansion is reserved during the design, such as the variety and amount of sensors, volume of the flash memory, interface of the flow control components, functions of the software on PC and so on.
