基于人机工程学原理的小型甘蔗收获机人性化设计研究

【摘要】 本文通过对机械产品形态、色彩、人机关系等方面的研究,从人性化的角度出发,运用人机工程技术,对履带式小型甘蔗收获机驾驶室进行人机系统设计,使人机谐调,实现人、机、环境的最优组合,满足系统的功能性、经济性、安全性和舒适性要求。同时对甘蔗收获机进行造型、色彩设计,使之从功能到形式达到完美协调,符合时代要求,从而提高市场竞争力。 论文结合中国蔗农的心理需求,提出了小型甘蔗收获机的总体设计定位;还提出了人性化设计的基本内容包括需求层次,环境层次、物理层次、认知层次、感性层次、社会层次等6个层次的对人的关怀,并对小型甘蔗收获机人性化设计中的需求层次、环境层次、物理层次、感性层次等4个方面进行了深入的探讨。 论文在充分考虑甘蔗收获机行驶和作业特点的基础上,结合人的生理、心理特性,对甘蔗收获机的人机系统进行分析,采用比较分配原则和经济分配原则相结合的方法,进行了甘蔗收获机人机系统功能分配。从甘蔗收获机的易操作性、舒适性出发,得到甘蔗收获机坐姿舒适角。分析了求取H点的传统方法、H点适意线法、H点区域法的特点及不足之处,提出求取H点的范围应综合考虑人体上肢及下肢舒适性的约束,并建立了坐姿人体杆系模型、坐姿人体数学模型,利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术,开发了求解甘蔗收获机械驾驶员适意驾驶位置的H点分布系统。利用眼椭圆为工具进行了甘蔗收获机前方视野设计;利用头廓包络线为工具进行了甘蔗收获机头部空间设计。对人与甘蔗收获机械在感性层次上的相关因素进行了分析,运用基于组合原理的形态创新设计方法对甘蔗收获机进行了形态创新设计,得出多个造型方案,并以美学法则为标准对所设计的几种甘蔗收获造型方案进行分析比较;分析了色彩与人的感觉、甘蔗收获机的色彩与工作环境之间的关系,与操作者之间的关系,并对甘蔗收获机的色彩进行了宜人性设计,设计出系列化的多种色系的甘蔗收获机。
【Abstract】 In this paper, through having researched into the form, color and Human-machine relation of mechanical product, ihe author designed the Human-Machine system of the Small Pedrail Sugar Cane Harvester Cab according to the Humanized Design idea and by applying Human-machine Engineering technology. It makes the Human-Machine system becomes more harmonious. And, the system can realize the optimal combination of the human, machine and environment. At the same time, this system also can come up to the system’s some kinds of requirements-functionality, economy, security and comforting. Then, the author designed the form and color of the machine, which can realize the perfectly harmonious from the function to the form, and come up to the requirements of Time. As a result, it can increase its competition capacity in the market.In this paper, through having researched into the mentality requirements of Chinese sugar-peasant, the author putted forward the total design orientation. The author putted forward the basic contents of Humanized Design, which include six levels: requirement level, environment level, physics level, cognize level, sensibility level, society level. Then, the author made the research and exploration deeply in the four aspects-requirement level, environment level, physics level, sensibility level.In this paper, on the basis of having considered the running of the machine and the working specialty, and combined the characters of the human’s body and mentality, the author analyzed the Human-Machine system of the machine. Having applied the method which combines the comparison distribution principle and economy distribution principle, the author finished the function distribution of Sugar Cane Harvester Human-machine system. Having considered the operation and comfort of the machine, the author worked out comfort angle in sitting state. Then, having analyzed the character and deficiency of the tradition method to work out the H point, H point congeniality line method, H point district method, the author putted forward the opinion that designer must consider synthetically the restrictions of the human’s comfort of upper limbs and lower limbs when to work out the scope of H point. And, the author set up the body pole system model and body mathematical model in sitting state.
