【摘要】 坚持以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局，是十一五时期我国社会经济发展的重要指导思想，对推动社会经济持续快速协调健康发展具有重大意义。农业机械化发展是一个涉及社会、经济、文化、技术及自然环境的综合概念，是以自然资源的可持续利用和良好的生态环境为基础，以经济可持续发展为前提。本文正是结合广西区农业机械化管理中心主持的广西农业机械化发展十一五规划研究课题，针对农业机械化的全面、协调、可持续发展问题，以农业机械化承载力为研究对象，按照理论与实践相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合的原则，在充分研究国内外有关环境承载力研究理论成果，全面、系统地分析广西区农业机械化发展现状及其存在的问题和制约因素的基础上，提出了农业机械化发展环境承载力的概念和农业机械化发展的环境承载力指标体系，给出了设置农业机械化发展环境承载力指标体系的基本原则，建立了评价农业机械化发展环境承载力的动态表征模型—农业机械化发展的环境承载力饱和度和农业机械化发展环境承载力评估模型。本文对农业机械化发展环境承载力的指标进行了灰色关联分析，得出了每一个指标因子与农业机械化发展之间的关联程度，并且计算出广西区十五及十一五期间农业机械化发展的环境承载力。以此为指导，分析和评价广西目前农业机械化的发展规模、速度等与计算的承载力的平衡、协调程度，结论是广西农业机械化近几年虽然有了较大的发展，但是与其他先进省相比还有很大差距，广西的农业机械化还有相当大的发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important guideline of social economic development of our country of the eleventh five year period to insist on commanding the overall situation of socio-economic development with the scientific development view. It has great important meanings in promoting the continual, fast, coordinated and healthy development of social economic. The development of mechanization of agriculture is a comprehensive concept of involving the society , economy , culture , technology and natural environment. It is based on the sustainable utilization of the natural resources and good ecological environment and regarded economic sustainable development as the prerequisite. This article is combined the subject for research of the eleventh five year plan about the development of agricultural mechanization in Guangxi province carried out by the Farm Machinery Administrative Center of Guangxi Province, contraposed the overall, coordinated and sustainable development problem to the mechanization of agriculture, regarded the environmental carrying capacity about the development of agricultural mechanization as the research object, accordinged to the principle that the theory is combined with practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combine together, sufficiently researched the theory achievements in the domestic and international relevant environmental carrying capacity, analyzed on the current situation of the development of mechanization of agriculture of Guangxi district and the foundations of existing problem and restriction factor in an all-round way and更多还原
