【摘要】 货币市场基金是投资基金的一种，世界上首只货币市场基金于1971年在美国产生。2003年12月发行的博时现金收益基金、华安现金富利基金和招商现金增值基金是我国首批发行的货币市场基金，目前我国发行的货币市场基金有32只，资产规模已达2000亿元人民币。 货币市场基金从一出现就受到投资者的青睐。它不仅丰富了基金市场的选择，而且随着其自身资产规模积累的扩大，也大大带动了基金市场的迅速发展。货币市场基金的创建，大大加快了金融市场内部制度创新和产品创新的步伐，推进了金融市场的快速发展。货币市场基金广泛吸收社会资金进入货币市场，为各种货币市场工具的连续发行与流通交易市场的培育和发展提供强有力的基础，同时也有利于金融市场市场化定价机制的快速形成。货币市场基金的发行，能够增加货币市场的参与主体与资金，提高货币市场的流动性；有利于打破货币市场不同子市场间的分割，促进利率的市场化。 本文分五个部分论述。 第一部分为货币市场基金概述。介绍了货币市场基金的涵义、分类、特点及与其他投资基金的主要区别。 第二部分为国外货币市场基金发展简介。介绍了货币市场基金的产生和全球货币基金的现状。随后重点介绍了美国货币市场基金。 第三部分为我国货币市场基金的介绍。介绍了我国货币市场基金的萌更多还原

【Abstract】 The money market fund (MMF)is the securities investment funds one kind, born in 1971 in US. China appears most early the money market fund—Boshi Cash Income Securities Investment Fund, the Hua’an cash rich advantage fund and zhaoshang cash increment fund in December, 2003. So far China have 32 MMFs, that the property worth scale approximately is 200 billion Yuan.From its appearance, MMF receive investor’s favor. It not only has enriched the choice in fund market, but has led the fund market to develop rapidly along with its own enlarged scale. MMF’s foundation speeds up the step of money market interior system innovation and the product innovation greatly, pushes financial market to advance fast. MMF absorbs widespread society fund to enter the money market, provides the powerful foundation for each kind of money market tool continuously issued, for the cultivation and development of circulation transaction market, and at the same time, it is also advantageous to format the money market marketability fixed price mechanism fast. Issue of MMF can increase the participation main bodys and capitals, enhances the fluidity of money market; MMF is advantageous to break the division by different sub-market in the money market, to promote marketability of interest rate.The article can be divided into 5 parts:The first part is the characteristics of MMF, which Introduce MMF’s implication, classified, characteristic and main differences with other investment funds.The second part is the introduction about MMF’s development overseas. First it is concerned with production and present situation of MMF in whole world. Then it introduces emphasisly MMF in US.The third part is MMF’s development introduction in China. It introduces the rudiment, production, development and current situation of MMF in China.The fourth part elaborated MMF’s operation in China. At first it introduces MMF’s investment tool in China, investment profolio management and risk management; Then study MMF’s supervising and managing and achievements appraisal.The fifth part is the thoughts of the author.
