氮源对鸡骨草生长和药材质量影响的研究

【摘要】 鸡骨草,学名Abrus cantoniensis Hance,是华南地区常用中药,药用部分为其去除荚果后的带根全草。本研究选用有机态氮(CO(NH2)2)、铵态氮(NH4HCO3)、硝态氮(NANO3)、混合态氮(NH4NO3)四种氮源,采用盆栽试验和大田试验,研究不同氮源对鸡骨草农艺性状、生理代谢以及药用成分等方面的影响。主要结果如下: 1 不同氮源对鸡骨草的营养生长有不同的促进作用。盆栽试验中,氮源处理的分枝数均比对照少,但以NH4HCO3更能促进鸡骨草分枝,其它三个处理无差异;氮源处理能促进植株株高增高,但处理间无明显差异。大田试验中,氮源处理的分枝数基本一致;以施用NH4NO3的处理株高最高,其它三个处理差异不显著。盆栽和大田试验均表明,以NH4NO3对干物质积累的促进作用较强,其次是CO(NH2)2和NH4HCO3,NANO3最差。 2 不同氮源对鸡骨草氮代谢的影响不同。各氮源处理对叶绿素含量影响的大小顺序为NH4NO3>CO(NH2)2>NH4HCO3>NaNO3,NANO3处理的叶绿素a/b比值最大。CO(NH2)2处理的硝酸盐含量最低,但全N量最高,而NH4NO3处理的硝酸盐含量最高,全N量仅次于CO(NH2)2,即施混合态氮肥更易于在植物体内积累硝酸盐。NH4NO3处理的总氨基酸含量最高,NH4HCO3处理的含量最低。各氮
【Abstract】 Abrus cantoniensis is a Chinese traditional medicinal drug in south of china. Its officinal part is the whole plant except legumes. Four nitrogen compounds including CO(NH2)2,NH4HCO3,NaNO3 and NH4NO3 were chosen to study the influences on the agricultural characters, physiological metabolism, officinal component in potted and field experiments. The main results showed as follows: 1 Different nitrogen compounds had different promotional function for the nutrient growth of Abrus cantoniensis. In potted experiment, the ramification quantities of all nitrogen compounds treatments were fewer than control, but the NH4HCO3 treatment was the most among four nitrogen compounds, and there were no differentia in other three treatments. The height of plant of all treatments were higher than control, but no differentia among them. In field experiment, the ramification quantities were almost same in all treatments; the NH4NO3 treatment was the highest one and no differentia in other treatments.
