基于无线通信的电力参数采集与处理系统

【摘要】 数据采集系统是现代测控系统的基础,用于获取各种现场测量数据。无线通信技术以其方便、灵活的特点,逐渐在数据采集处理系统中得到广泛的重视和应用。使用基于无线通信的数据采集与处理系统进行电力参数的采集,能在最大程度上节省人力、物力。并对电网的自动化进程有较大现实意义。 本设计中,立足于应用在无功功率补偿装置中的电力参数采集与处理系统,使用单片机对电网中的三相电压及电流信号进行交流采集,进而获取全部电力参数。设计了一种有更容易实现的方法进行功率因数角的采集,可以一次采集电网频率及的功率因数角并判断其方向,节省的外部硬件资源,简化了程序设计。根据交流采集获得的电压、电流信号,通过FPGA进行快速傅立叶变换,分析系统谐波。使用工作在公共频带的无线电收发模块对采集到的信息进行传输。克服了总线传输方式的布线困难的缺点。主机通过查询方式逐一获得各分机的信息,并可通过广播的方式调整系统的功率因数指标,以实现远程控制。 通过实验,完成了基于无线通信的数据采集与处理系统的获取数据、分析处理数据及数据的无线传输功能。实现了电力参数的采集及谐波分析,采用了一种有别于传统的方法进行功率因数角的测量,通过无线传输模块,能实现对一定区域内电网状况的监测,具备一定的远程控制功能。系统具有较好的可扩展性,有一定的实用价值,为后续研究提供了试验平台。
【Abstract】 The data acquisition system has became the basic of modern measurement and control system, and has been widely used in obtain data in various field. Because of the convenience and agility of the radio communication technology, more and more data acquisition and processing system has take the advantage of radio communication, especially in long-distance data acquisition and processing system. Take the advantage of the data acquisition and processing system that based on radio communication in electric parameter acquisition can not only save manpower and material resources, but also has great meaning in power network automatization.Established in the electric parameter acquisition and processing system that using in the reactive power compensate device, the design mentioned in the paper uses alternating current acquisition achieved by AVR MCU to voltage and current signals in order to get all the parameters of the electric power, namely, voltage, electric current, frequency and reactive power. An easier method is used in phase angle acquisition, which can collect the frequency of the power network and phase angle and can also make sure of the direction of phase angle, can reduce the outer hardware sources and thus simplify the design.
