罗汉果嫁接苗生长发育规律研究

【摘要】 本试验以X1、X2、X3和罗汉果四种葫芦科植物为砧木,以农院3号罗汉果组培苗为接穗,研究了砧木的培养条件和不同砧木对嫁接罗汉果生长发育、发病情况及果实产量、品质的影响。主要结论如下: 1.砧木培育 试验结果表明,25℃-35℃变温催芽能极显著地提高罗汉果种子的发芽势和发芽率。20%蚯蚓粪处理罗汉果砧木长势最好。 2.砧木对罗汉果嫁接苗成活率和幼苗生长势的影响 X3砧的嫁接成活率最高,但X2砧、罗汉果砧和X3砧三者嫁接成活率差异不显著。X2砧和罗汉果砧嫁接幼苗长势较好,叶片多,茎粗壮。 3.砧木对嫁接罗汉果生长发育的影响 X3砧和罗汉果砧嫁接苗前期生长较快。组培苗和X2砧前期生长势低于前两者。X1砧前期生长势最差。 X3砧罗汉果嫁接苗没有开花。组培苗和X2砧开花株率较高。X2砧单株开花数最多。 组培苗果实增长速度最快,果实最大。X2砧果实增长速度稍低于组培苗。 4.砧木对嫁接罗汉果发病情况的影响 X1砧、X3砧和罗汉果砧病毒病稍重;X2砧和组培苗病情轻于前三者。 砧木对嫁接罗汉果根结线虫病发生情况有一定的影响。X1砧没有感染根结线虫病,X3砧病株率和病情指数都较低。抗根结线虫病能力依次为:X1砧>X3砧>X2砧>罗汉果砧>组培苗。
【Abstract】 This experiment used X1,X2,X3 and Siraitia grosvenorii as rootstocks and NongYuan-3 tissue culture Siraitia grosvenorii seedlings as the cion, studied the conditions of cultivating rootstock seedlings and the different effects of different rootstocks on growth , disease state , yield and fruit quality of Siraitia grosvenorii. Themain results showed as follow:1. Cultivating rootstock seedlingsThe results of pregermination test showed, pregermination with 25°C-35°C Variable temperature could remarkably enhanced germination energy and germination percentage of Siraitia grosvenorii seeds. The 20% worm-cast substrate cultivatedtreatment did the best growth state.2. Effects of rootstock on survival rate and growth of grafted Siraitia grosvenoriiseedlingsThe highest grafting survival rate was X3 rootstock, but difference grafting survival rate among the X2, X3 and Siraitia grosvenorii rootstocks were not remarkable. Seedlings grafted on X2 and Siraitia grosvenorii had better growth vigour, more leaves and stronger stem.3. Effects of rootstocks on growth of grafted Siraitia grosvenorii seedlingsSeedlings grafted on X3 and Siraitia grosvenorii rootstocks grew more quickly in early stage. Growth vigour of tissue culture seedlings and seedlings grafted on X2 were lower. Seedlings grafted on X1 rootstock grew most slowly.Seedlings grafted on X3 had not blossomed. Tissue culture seedlings and seedlings grafted on X2 had higher blooming rate. Seedlings grafted on X2 had the biggest amount of flowers.Fruits of tissue culture seedlings grew quickly, their fruits were the biggest. Fruit of
