甘蔗收获机械智能设计系统基于实例的推理技术研究

【摘要】 本文从甘蔗收获机械智能设计系统(SHIDS)推理机中的实例推理模块出发,研究了实例推理(CBR)的步骤流程以及各步骤中所涉及到的知识、方法。首先在分析提炼数据库中数据以及其它资料的基础上,构建出实例库作为实例推理的基础,然后采用“分类+特征”的索引机制建立实例索引以缩小搜索范围,接着在提出加权最近邻算法公式、并运用层次分析法确定实例推理中因素权重集的基础上,利用加权最近邻算法进行相似实例的检索,然后调用评价模块中的模糊综合评价和BP算法,从实例性能方面着手,对检索到的相似实例进行置信度计算,以此判断该实例的成功与否。对于置信度较大的成功实例,以文本形式直接输出并保存;对于置信度较小但有修改空间的失败实例,提交给设计工程师手工修改,修改后再次调用评价模块进行评价,依次反复,直至得到满意的成功实例。 SHIDS系统中实例推理的实现,模拟人类设计师的思维,避免了重复劳动,减轻了设计师的工作量,缩短了产品设计周期,为甘蔗收获机械的尽快研发提供了技术支持,具有一定现实意义。
【Abstract】 Set out from the Case Reasoning Module in the Reasoning Machine of Sugarcane Harvester Intelligent Design System(SHIDS), this paper studies the step flow ,the knowledge and method which are involved in various steps of Case-Based Reasoning(CBR). On the basis of the analysis and refinement of the data in database as well as other materials foundations, the Case Knowledge Base to take the Case-Based Reasoning foundation is constructed. Then the index mechanism of "classified + characteristic" is adopted to establish case index to reduce the hunting zone. Immediately after putting forward Weighting Nearest Neighbor Approach algorithm formula, the similar case using the Weighting Nearest Neighbor Approach algorithm the retrieval is carried on with the utilization analytic hierarchy process determination the weight of Case-Based Reasoning foundation. Then the fuzzy evaluation and BP algorithm of evaluation module is transferred to retrieve to the similar case carries on the confldence computation from the case performance aspect so as to judge the case by this successful or not. The cases whose confldence are big enough to be successful ones are output directly by text and saved. And whose confldence are not big enough but have revision space are submitted to the designer to revise manually. After the revision, the evaluation module is transferred to carry on the evaluation once more.
