小型甘蔗收获机台架物流仿真及动态分析与设计

【摘要】 开发出适用于我国南方丘陵地带的小型甘蔗收获机对于改变我国甘蔗收获的落后局面、提高农业机械化水平有着重要的作用,并有着良好的发展机遇和潜在市场。台架结构对于甘蔗的扶起、切割以及喂入,对于甘蔗的切割质量都有着重要的影响。对台架进行仿真及动态分析与设计,对研发小型甘蔗收获机有着重要的意义。本文主要工作如下: (1)在课题组已有研究的基础上,提出了用多段柔性的短梁连接在一起组成更接近甘蔗真实状态的甘蔗模型来进行运动学动力学仿真,将多段柔性化的甘蔗引入到甘蔗收获机的虚拟设计研究中,提高了甘蔗收获机虚拟设计研究的拟实性。 (2)在虚拟设计研究的基础上,对甘蔗切割器切割性能影响因素做了试验台试验分析。通过对试验结果进行回归分析,建立了切割损失、破头率和砍蔗力关于行走速度、刀盘转速以及刀盘前倾角的经验计算公式,得到了切割损失、破头率和砍蔗力随行走速度、刀盘转速以及刀盘前倾角的变化规律,并求出了甘蔗收获机最佳工作参数,从而由此确定出下一步动态特性分析的激振频率。 (3)通过对试验结果的研究,我们知道台架和切割器垂直方向的振动是影响砍蔗质量的最主要因素。为了改善收获机切割动态性能,首先分析了切割器组件(刀片、刀盘、刀杆)的动态特性,提出了一些措施来提高组件

【Abstract】 Developing mini-type sugarcane harvester used in hill has great meaning to changes the behind in sugarcane harvester of our country and improves the mechanization application of agriculture, and has the good development opportunity and the potential market. The uplift structure has vital effect to sugarcane’s supporting, cutting、 feeding and cutting quality. Therefore, Carries out simulation and dynamic analysis and design to the uplift, has considerable meaning to developing mini-type harvester. The paper’s main work are the following parts:(1) Based on the research ahead, this paper proposed that a new multi-flexiblevirtual sugarcane model doing the kinematics dynamics simulation. This model is composed of multi flexible short beam, and much closer to the real status. It improves the authenticity of virtual research of sugarcane harvester machine.(2) Based on the virtual research, we had done the indoor simulation test to analysis the factor which influencing the cutting performance of the sugarcane cutter device. Carried out the regression analysis of the indoor simulation test result, This paper established the experience formula of cut loss, broken rate and cut force which was about walk speed, rotate speed of cutter and cutter obliquity. Through analyzing the formula, we obtained the rule of cut loss, broken rate and cutting force which was changing with the walk speed, the rotate speed of cutter and the cutter obliquity, and determined the best operational parameter of sugarcane harvester machine, and determined the actuator frequency of dynamic analysis for the next step.(3) Considered the result of the test, we knew that the vertical direction vibration of uplift device and cutter device is the primary factor of cutting quality.
