广西水泥生产企业薪酬体系研究

【摘要】 合理的薪酬能有效地激发企业员工的积极性和主动性,吸引和保持住一支高素质、具有竞争力的员工队伍,促进企业的生存和发展。论文分析了广西水泥生产企业的薪酬体系现状及存在的问题,从理论上阐述了岗位等级薪酬制基本理论。以广西横县峦城白水泥公司的薪酬体系为实例,研究了该公司的薪酬现状及存在的问题,运用薪酬体系设计的基本理论与方法,遵循公平性、竞争性、经济性、激励性的设计原则,重新改进了广西横县峦城白水泥建材有限公司的薪酬方案。本文通过对广西横县峦城白水泥建材有限公司的薪酬体系的研究和重塑,解决了公司原有薪酬体系管理中出现的诸多问题。 本文希望通过对企业薪酬制度方面的研究,对广西的该类企业建立合理的薪酬体系有所帮助。
【Abstract】 The reasonable salary can effectively stimulate the enterprise staff’s enthusiasm and the initiative, attracts and maintains a high quality, has the competitive ability of staff troop, the promotion enterprise’s survival and the development. The paper analyzed the GuangXi cement production enterprise’s salary system present situation and the existence question, theoretically elaborated the post-rank salary system elementary theory. Take the GuangXi Heng Xian Luan Cheng white cement building materials limited company’s salary system as the example, researched this company’s salary present situation and the existence question, utilize salary system design elementary theory and the method, followed fair, competitiveness, efficiency, encouragement principle of design, re-improved the GuangXi Heng Xian Luan Cheng white cement building materials limited company’s salary plan. Through this article, remold and research the GuangXi Heng Xian Luan Cheng white cement building materials limited company’s salary system, solves many problems which in the company original salary system management appeared.This article hopes through the enterprise salary system aspect research, to has help to this kind of GuangXi’s enterprise in establishing the reasonable salary system .
