爆破震动机理及爆破震动效应控制的研究

【摘要】 在矿山、建筑、水电、交通、人防等建设工程中需要使用爆破进行大量的土石方开挖,在实施爆破的过程中,会出现爆破震动危害。爆破震动能够引起建构筑物、地基、边坡、巷道或隧道破坏,并且会对人们的心理造成一定的伤害,鉴于此,本文对爆破震动机理及爆破震动效应控制进行深入的研究。 本文对岩石爆破破坏机理的四种理论进行了阐述与评价,指出了它们的适用性,阐述了爆破地震波的产生机理、类别及特征。运用弹性理论对爆破地震波的波动方程进行了推导,并对其进行了求解,分析了爆破地震波的叠加及在有充填物结构面处的反射与透射作用。 结合广西钦州阳光丽景桩井基础爆破开挖工程,运用大型有限元软件ANSYS9.0对爆破震动进行了数值模拟,预测了岩体质点震速随时间的变化规律及最大震速,根据数值模拟结果及地面建构筑物实际情况制定了该工程的爆破方案。 以广西南宁市阳光新城地基爆破开挖工程的设计数据和实测数据为样本,运用灰色关联分析方法得出了影响爆破震动效应因素的主次顺序,根据灰色关联分析的结果,提出了几点降震措施。

【Abstract】 Blasting plays a very important role in the construction projects such as mining, construction, hydroelectricity and transportation for the huge amount of excavation of soil and rock. Unfortunately, there is blasting vibration destruction in the process of blasting, which can cause the destruction of buildings, foundations, slopes and tunnels as well as the harm to people’ s psychology. Therefore, this thesis makes deep research into the blasting vibration mechanism and the control of blasting vibration effects.This thesis, by elaborating and evaluating the four theories of rock blasting fragmentation mechanism, points out their applicability and explains the engendering mechanism, types and features of blasting earthquake wave. Through applying elasticity theory, the author deduces and solves the blasting earthquake wave equation. Then the author analyses the blasting earthquake wave’ s superimposition and its reflection and refraction in the interface with fillings.Based on the case study of pile-well foundation excavation of Yangguang Lijing Building in Qinzhou, Guangxi, the author, with the help of the large-scale finite element software— ANSYS9. 0, gives numerical simulations for blasting vibration and predicts the rule of rock particles vibration speed changing with time and the maximum of vibration speed. According to the results and the facts of ground constructions, the author designs the blasting plan of this project. Taking the design and measured data of foundation excavation project of Yangguang Xincheng in Nanning, Guangxi as the sample and the grey correlation analysis methods, the author works out the primary and secondary order of factors
