【摘要】 广西是农业大省，也是水果大省，广西有悠久的水果栽培历史，有众多的名特优果品，如荔枝、龙眼、芒果、沙田柚、香蕉、菠萝等。解放后尤其改革开放以来，广西水果业发展迅速。目前，果树栽培面积已跃居全国第一位，产量位居第五位，跨入了全国水果大省行列。水果产值在广西种植业中，仅次于粮食作物和畜牧业居第三位，水果业不仅已成为广西农村经济的支柱产业，而且也成为了农民脱贫致富的重要渠道之一。 本文首先阐述了农业产业化的内涵及广西农业产业化发展的有利条件、水果产业化的内涵、特征。其次分析了广西水果产业的现状：面积、产量突飞猛进，产业地位日益提高；品种结构调整进入了新的阶段；专业化、规模化水果商品基地建设初见成效；产业化经营已初具规模；实施“优果工程”，产业效益大步提升；以采后处理为突破口，建设生态旅游观光果园和果品出口基地；生产水平不断提高，品牌建设初见成效；以水果协会为代表的合作经济组织发挥着越来越重要的作用，并对广西水果产业优势进行分析。第三，指出广西水果产业在水果生产、销售、加工、流通等方面存在的主要问题，鉴于广西水果产业发展水平与国外发达国家存在较大差距，借鉴国外的经验来指导广西水果产业的发展具有重要意义。第四，在广西水果产业现状、存在问题及优势分析基础上，借鉴国外的经验，提出了广西水果产业发展的对策：加快品种结构调整，积极开发名特优品种；加快科技创新和推广，提高果品质量；加强采后商品化处理和加工体系建设，实施品牌战略；加快发展产业化经营，实现水果产业全面升级；加强果品销售体系建设；建立水果生产出口基地，逐步与国际接轨；抓好技术培训工作，提高果农素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangxi is a major agricultural province, and also a major fruits plant province. Many superior varieties such as lychee, longan, mango, pomelo, banana, pinapple and so on, which are famous in China, had formed during a very long history of fruits cultivation, and were planted at most area of Guangxi. Fruits industry of Guangxi developed fastly after the civil war, especially the times of reform and opening. At present, the first of the areas of fruits plant and the fifth of the amounts in whole country means Guangxi is one of primary province. The production value of fruits industry is the third to grain production and stockbreeding in planting industry in Guangxi. The fruits production is main industry in rural economy in Guangxi, and is one of important way to decrease poverty and make farmer enriched.In the first, the article states the connotation of agriculture industrialization, the development advantage of agriculture industrialization in Guangxi, and the connotations and characters of fruit industrialization. In the second, the article analyzes the status of fruit industry.
