地下水源热泵空调系统在北京地区的应用研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,空调技术在工业建筑、商业建筑、以及民用住宅中的应用日益广泛。由于建筑耗能占社会总耗能量的三分之一以上,而空调耗能是构成建筑耗能的主要部分,因此空调技术的广泛应用使得建筑能耗大幅增加。能源既是经济快速发展必不可少的物质保障,又是重要的污染来源,能耗增长也就意味着环境污染的加剧。当今社会,环境污染和能源紧张已成为威胁人类生存的头等大事。地下水源热泵空调技术在建筑节能和环保的双重需求下应运而生,它将地下水体作为冬季供热的热源和夏季制冷的冷源,是一种高效节能的可再生能源利用技术。北京正处在建筑业快速发展期,节能环保型的空调系统日益成为人们关注的焦点。由于地下水源热泵空调技术的应用涉及到地下水资源的有效利用及污染问题,而该技术在国内外的应用时间又相对不长,因此人们对它的应用状况以及相关问题尚缺乏全面系统的认识。为此,本课题对北京嘉和丽园、友谊医院、警察学院等几个典型的地下水源热泵空调系统进行了调查研究,并以中美节能合作示范项目——北京嘉和丽园公寓楼的地下水源热泵空调系统为主要研究对象,对该系统近三年的运行情况进行了跟踪调查,获得了大量的运行实测数据。本论文将理论分析与实测数据相结合,并辅以数学模拟的方法,对实测数据进行了分析对比研究。通过调查研究,对北京地区采用地下水源热泵空调系统的现状有了较为全面的了解;对典型案例——北京嘉和丽园公寓楼的地下水源热泵空调系统的运行情况、能耗特点、负荷特征以及系统运行和室外气象参数的变化对地下水温度的影响等问题有了全面系统的认识;所研究的结果,将对北京地区地下水源热泵空调系统的设计、运行管理提供重要的参考依据。本论文重点在以下几方面进行了研究工作:首先,对地下水源热泵空调系统的概念、工作原理、节能特性、以及应用条件等问题进行了综合介绍;结合北京地区几个有代表性的地下水源热泵空调系统,对系统的形式及各自特点进行了分类评述。

【Abstract】 With the development of national economy and the improvement of living level, the air-conditioning technology is applied in industial building, commercial building and domestic building widely. The energy consumed in construction is more than one third of that consumed in all field and the main section of the energy consumed in construction is consumed by air-conditioning system. So the wide application of air-conditioning technology makes the energy consumed in construction increase rapidly. Energy is not only the material guarantee of rapid economic development, but also the source of pollution. The increasing of energy consumption means the intention of environmental pollution. Today, the shortage of energy and environmental pollution are the most serious questions that threaten our lives.The ground water-source heat pump (GWSHP) air-conditioning technology appears with the requirement of both energy saving and environment protection. It uses the underground water as the heating source in winter and the cooling source in summer. It is an efficient technology that makes use of renewable energy.It is the fast developing period of construction in Beijing. It becomes the people’s concern that to seek environmental and energy saving air-conditioning system. The application of GWSHP air-conditioning technology involves the efficient utilization and the pollution of underground water source. Because it has not been a long time since the technology was applied at home and abroad, people lack overall, system understanging about the applying situation and relative problem of the technology.So, the research of several typical GWSHP air-conditioning system is carried out in Beijing, including Jiaheliyuan apartment building, Youyi hospital and Changping police university. The system applied in Jiaheliyuan apartment, which is a Sino-U.S. demonstration project, is researched and analysised as the main object. The operation of the system in 3 years is followed and surveyed, and a lot of field-test data are obtained.The theory analysis is combined with the field-test data in this paper, and
