数控机床结合面参数实验识别及其主结构动态优化

【摘要】 数控技术是先进制造技术的重要核心之一,关系到国家工业战略地位和综合国力水平。目前世界发达国家数控产业发展的主要方向之一是数控设备的高速、高效化。对这种产品,主结构系统的静动态品质是影响产品性能的关键因素,这就要求建立准确的有限元模型。本文就如何实现数控机床主结构快速建立有限元模型及优化设计等问题进行了相应的研究。提出了一种测试结合面实际接触状态的方法,此方法以相对位移位基础,将模型简化为单自由度系统,消除了基础振动位移的影响,识别精度高。通过实验手段给出了几种工程实际条件下的结合面的相对接触比。并提出一种利用实验识别参数应用ANSYS自定义单元处理结合面的方法。在本文中提出了基于单元格能量的分析方法,这种方法基于灵敏度方法,它提出了薄弱机构的能量标准.在现有的分析方法中,直接的灵敏度计算方法忽略的了这一点而且结构优化采用识别物理参数识别的方法。这种方法的计算效率优于直接的灵敏度方法,而且它能保持整个结构的约束条件不改变,这一点是非常的令人满意的。将实验识别出的结合面基础特性数据和基于单元格能量的方法应用在有限元结构分析计算中。以压片机机架模型为对象进行计算,对结构进行整体受力与振动的计算。

【Abstract】 Numerical control technology is one of most important, it relates to national strategic position and the level of Comprehensive national strength. The main direction of numerical industry in Developed countries is that the numerical equipments turn fast and efficient. Dynamic and static characteristic of the main system is the key factor of production. So it required to establish accurate element model.In this paper does research on quick model building and optimum design for numerical control machine . Bring out a useful method on testing the actual contact ratio of joints, which is base on relative displacement of vibration. Lots of useful data on tangency ratio of joints in several normal conditions can also be found in this paper. User element in ANSYS is used to deal with joint.In this paper, structure modification based upon unit volume energy is researched. Basically, the method is developed according to sensitivity analysis. The unit volume energy criterion of weak substructures of a structure system is proposed. In present method, direct sensitivity calculation is neglected and modification is carried out with the physical parameters of identified weak substructures. Additionally, the constraint condition of maintaining the weight of whole structure invariable is well satisfied.Both structure modification based upon unit volume energy and the basic characteristic parameter of the joint identified by experiment were applied in the finite element calculation based on tablet machine.
