北京工业大学逸夫图书馆空调系统诊断与节能改造

An Analysis and Energy Saving Rebuild of Air Conditioning System for Yifu Library in Beijing University of Technology

【摘要】 目前,我国能源紧张与社会高速发展的矛盾十分突出。1996年,我国建筑年消耗3.35亿吨标准煤,占能源消费总量的24%;到2001年,达到3.76亿吨标准煤,占能源消费总量的27.6%,年增加比例约为0.5%,而能耗指标仅为发达国家的1/3。预测随着建筑业的高速发展,建筑能耗占总能耗的比例还会继续增长。建筑中空调系统的能耗占建筑总能耗的40%~50%,因此要求降低建筑以及空调系统的能耗已经成为当前亟需解决的课题之一。本文针对北京工业大学逸夫图书馆空调系统运行过程中存在“冬冷夏热”的问题,进行了现场调查测试,得出“冬冷夏热”的症结所在。于空调系统开启的条件下测试了馆内各功能房间的温度;供、回水温度及流量;风机盘管的出风速度。又运用美国新一代能耗分析软件EnergyPlus对当日馆内的温度进行模拟,将模拟值与实测值进行比较,验证两者基本吻合。进一步模拟出夏季与冬季设计日图书馆内各功能房间的室内温度,作为分析依据。针对逸夫图书馆二层玻璃拱顶检索大厅内热环境差的现象,作者查阅了一系列有关玻璃的种类及其主要光学、热工性能参数,并对不同组合的中空玻璃模拟了二层检索大厅内的热环境,得到不同的玻璃类型对人体热舒适性的影响程度。依此建议对目前逸夫图书馆二层玻璃检索大厅的玻璃拱顶进行改造,以满足人体的热舒适性标准并能够减少能源消耗,实现节能运行。在调查过程中,发现逸夫图书馆内空调系统的不合理性,并分析了其可能的节能运行策略。然后运用EnergyPlus模拟了各种不同节能措施下图书馆内的负荷变化情况,得到其节能改造的措施。最后运用美国奥莱斯公司的楼控技术,编制控制程序以保证图书馆空调系统节能运行的实现。本课题使用天正软件、EnergyPlus、WebCTRL软件与现场实测相结合的手段对公共建筑进行节能改造的工作成果,对于建筑和空调节能设计、空调系统的节能运行均有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Currently,there is a strong tention between energy and society development.Our country consumed 335 million tons of standard coal in the year 1996,it had a percentage of 24 of all the energy consumption.In the year 2001,it has increased to 376 million tons of standard coil,increased by 0.05% every year,and had a percentage of 27.6% of all the energy consumption.From the year 2000 to the year 2015,with the development of civil architecture the proportion of energy consumption will continue increase.Generally about 40% to 50% of building energy is consumed in air conditioning system.The energy saving of building and HVAC system has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country.The HVAC system did not work well in yifu library of Beijing university of technology,so we have a local investigation.Finally we found out the reason for“cold in winter and hot in summer”.In May eighth,we tested the temperature of reading room、office;supply and return water temperature;water flow and the velocity of fan coil units.We simulate the library with EnergyPlus,which is developed by U.S.A,compared the simulation results with the true temperature and they anastomosed well.On the basis of good simulation results,We simulate the hot day in summer and the cold day in witer and get the temperature of the reading room and the office.For the bad thermal environment of zone0 glass cuitain wall,the author read a series of different glasses and their parameters. The author simulate thermal enviorment in floor 2 with different glass combination, get their infection to people’s thermal comfort.We suggest to rebuild the glass curtain of zone0 to satisfy people’s thermal comfort and realize energy saving run. In our investigation,We found the unreasonable of the HVAC system in the library and analysed the possible energy saving run.The author simulate different energy saving measures and get the load change.Compile programe with WebCTRL to
