多自由度假手语音控制系统的研究

【摘要】 仿人型残疾人假手的研究是机器人学和生物医学工程领域备受关注的研究课题,开展该项目的研究对于改善残疾人的生活条件和促进其医疗福利事业的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文研究的是基于SPCE061A的多自由度假手语音控制系统,即利用语音识别和无线传输技术实现对多自由度假手的远程语音控制。用该语音控制系统弥补了基于肌电信号(EMG)和脑电信号(EEG)控制系统的不足。从而使多自由度假手进一步满足残疾人的需要,给残疾人带来更多的方便。设计完成的语音控制系统,结构灵活紧凑,质量轻,能耗低,易于功能扩展,便于在以后的工作中增加用户所需的功能。本文首先对现有的语音处理方法进行了详尽的分析比较,在此基础上,确定了多自由度假手的语音控制方案以及语音控制算法。其次,通过分析现有的语音处理芯片确定了适合该系统的语音控制芯片,并完成了多自由度假手的硬件电路系统的设计。针对实验和调试过程中存在的确定与不足,本文进行了多自由度假手语音控制系统的改进设计。同时完成了该语音控制系统的外壳设计,将研制的语音控制系统包装起来,形成一套完整的产品设备。接着,详尽介绍了多自由度假手语音控制算法原理,并完成了多自由度假手的语音识别程序和无线通讯程序的设计。同时编写了便于系统调试的人机交互界面。最后,本文对多自由度假手语音控制系统进行了实验,通过实验确定了语音控制系统的工作温度、传输距离以及系统的识别率等参数,同时实验结果证明本文设计的电路系统和软件系统的有效性。

【Abstract】 Prosthetic hand is an attentive research project in the fields of robotics and biomedical engineering, research on this project is of practical significance to improve the living situation and welfare benefits of amputees. This paper describes a speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand based on SPCE061A microcontroller core. A prosthetic hand is controlled by speech recognition and wireless communication. The control system prosthetic hand based on makes up that based on electromyography (EMG) and electroencephalogram (EEG) so that it can meet handicapped’s need and promote them convenience. It’s portable, economical and expandable.First of all, all the ways of speech signal processing is well analyzed in the paper. Based on that, a design scheme and an algorithm for speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand have been established.Secondly, all the chips for speech signal processing are well analyzed and a chip for speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand has been chosen. Then hardware for speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand has been finished. We also finish the man-machine communication program to be convenient for debugging. Aiming at the shortcomings of the system that emerge in course of experiment and debugging, we complete the improvement design of the speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand. We also finish the shell design of the system and make it an integrated production.Thirdly, the principle of the algorithm for speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand is introduced. Software for the system is designed, included speech recognition program and wireless communication program. We also finish the shell design of the system and make it an integrated production. Finally, we make experiments of the speech recognition control system for prosthetic hand. The experiments prove that the hardware and software is competent for the system and can meet the demands of the design.
