金属橡胶吸声降噪性能分析及研究

【摘要】 金属橡胶材料吸声降噪特性研究是金属橡胶技术研究领域的一个新的方向。由于金属橡胶材料具有工作温度范围大、耐腐蚀、承载能力强、有效孔隙率高、性能稳定、结构具有可设计性等特点,因此,金属橡胶材料可在现代消声器中作为吸声材料使用,并且在航空航天、国防等特殊环境中具有其它材料无法比拟的优良性能。本文的研究揭示了金属橡胶材料的吸声降噪性能,对金属橡胶材料吸声特性进行了深入的理论和试验研究。在充分分析了多孔吸声材料国内外发展状况的基础上,阐述了金属橡胶材料用于吸声降噪工程的可行性及鲜明特点。分析了金属橡胶材料的声学特性参数及吸声性能参数,推导出材料吸声性能参数的计算公式及与声学特性参数的关系式,研究了金属橡胶材料吸声峰值频率的计算方法。在分析了金属橡胶材料结构特性的基础上,推导出该材料的声波动方程。为了满足金属橡胶材料吸声性能试验研究的精度要求,便于材料试验结果的误差分析,对用于试验研究材料吸声性能的驻波管测试仪进行了检测和调试。分析测试仪的主要误差来源,分别检测了主要误差源引起的误差大小,确定了提高测量精度的方法。研究了金属橡胶吸声构件的制备工艺方法,将金属橡胶材料与其它多孔吸声材料的吸声特性进行了对比分析。试验研究了金属橡胶结构参数及背后空气层对吸声性能的影响,计算并分析了金属橡胶材料的声学特性参数,建立了材料第一吸声峰值频率与材料厚度的近似关系式,确定了金属橡胶材料结构常数值及材料流阻值。研究结果表明,金属橡胶材料具有优良的吸声降噪性能,特别适合于空间环境及民品特殊工况的需要。本论文研究内容是国家自然科学基金项目“金属橡胶构件应用基础研究”(项目号:50075017)的一部分。
【Abstract】 The research of Metal Rubber(MR) material’s performance in sound absorption is a new orientation in MR technology area. Because of MR has the advantages of wide work temperature range, corrosion resistance, high load ability, high valid porosity, stable performance and adjustable structure, MR can be employed as the sound-absorbing material in the contemporary muffler. Moreover it has an excellent performance compared with other material in the special environment of space technology and national defense area. This dissertation does deep research in sound absorption performance of MR from theory and experiment aspects and indicates the sound absorption and noise reduction property of MR.Based on the sufficient analyses of development about porous and sound absorptive material at home and abroad, this paper announces the validity and feature of MR’s use in sound absorption and noise reduction project. After the analyses of acoustics property parameter and sound absorption performance of MR, the sound absorption performance parameter calculation formula and the acoustic property parameter relationship style are deduced and MR sound-absorbing peak value frequencies computational method is studied. Based on the analyse of MR structural property, acoustic wave equation is concluded.To meet the requirement of precision in experiment of MR’s sound absorption performance and be convenient for the analysis of experiment error, the standing wave tube instrument for the experiment is tested and debug. After the source of the main error is analyzed and the value of the error from these sources was examined separately, a method was found to improve the experiment precision.The paper studies the manufacture process of MR compenent for sound absorption and compares the sound absorption character of MR with other material. The experiment investigates the influence of MR structural parameter and rear air straturm on sound absorption performance. The sound-absorbing property parameter of MR is analyzed in the calculation, the similar relationship style between stuff thickness and stuff first sound-absorbing peak frequency are established and MR compositions constant values and stuff flow resistance are fixed.
