气中微细电火花沉积加工技术及其试验研究

【摘要】 微细电火花加工作为微细加工领域非常重要的一种加工技术,由于其加工过程中一般没有宏观切削力作用,属于非接触式加工,加工单位小,可控性好,因此在微小尺度零件的加工中有着不可代替的优越性。在微小尺度零件的加工中通过选择合理的电参数,可以在空气介质中将电极材料沉积在工件上,这对于传统加工方法是一大突破,大大丰富了电火花加工技术的内涵,打破了以往人们对于这一工艺方法在认识上的局限性,对于电火花加工技术的发展进步有着重要意义。本文的研究工作主要包括以下几个方面:首先综述了微细电火花加工技术的研究进展及成果;然后研究了在空气介质中使用常见金属材料黄铜作为电极放电沉积的实现条件,设计了空气中克服重力微细放电沉积与氩气中微细放电沉积试验装置,对影响放电沉积加工的电极极性、工作介质、电极间的能量分布等进行了分析;其次采用常见金属材料黄铜作为工具电极,工件材料为高速钢,利用DP30机床进行了空气中克服重力微细放电沉积试验、空气中克服重力倾斜角度微细放电沉积试验及氩气中微细放电沉积试验,并进一步的探索了气中微细放电沉积加工工艺规律;最后对沉积材料的组织结构和显微硬度以及沉积物的成分进行测试和分析,利用能谱分析进一步确认了沉积物材料元素的具体存在形式。

【Abstract】 Micro-electrical discharge machining is one of extremely important process in the field of micro-manufacturing. Micro-EDM is a non-contact machining technique because of no macro-force existing on work piece in the process. Micro-EDM can manufacture work piece with small machining unit and can be controlled well, so it has irreplaceable advantages in manufacturing parts with micro-dimension. Through selecting the reasoning parameters, electrode materials can be fabricated on the work piece, which is a great breakthrough to the traditional machining techniques, and while the technique, enlarges the intention of EDM. It is broken through the limit of knowledge on this field in the last years and it has great significance on the development of the Micro-EDM .The research mainly includes following aspects:Firstly the paper summed up the development and the fruit of the Micro-EDM. Then summarize the rational electrical parameters and processing parameters of micro-EDD when using brass electrode in the gas. Design the instruments of the against-gravity EDD in the air and deposition in the argon gas. Polarity, working fluid, electrode thermodynamic character and energy distribution between electrodes that affect the result of micro-EDD are discussed. Secondly, further research is going through when using brass as the anode and steel as the cathode. The experiments of against-gravity Micro-EDD in the air, against-gravity Micro-EDD in the air with a certain angle and Micro-EDD in the argon gas have been made on the DP30 machine. Eventually, the micro-structure and micro-hardness of deposition materials are tested and analyzed. Using the spectroscopy analysis, the state of substance existed in the deposition materials are further confirmed.
